The recycling process is very user friendly including the Hermes collection service. Music Magpie communicates efficiently with me. My only wish is that the paltry amounts I receive in the main could be increased. One penny for something that cost me over £10 is not fair. It is a toss up between this company and the local charity shops in many cases although the latter have become very restrictive in accepting donations of late. I see this process as a way of clearing a space, prolonging the life of an item and giving me some pocket to continue the cycle.

I am using this product in conjunction with locally supplied and sourced hardwood logs, resulting in a saving at present of about one third to a half on the amount of logs I burn of an evening. The other advantage of such a product is the temperature of the room on waking is more comfortable.
