Generally pleased with my experience though I am disappointed with the coverage of Wi-Fi in my home. In the room in which the router is located the speed is as expected but in other rooms the performance is a little patchy. This would certainly suggest that I ought to begin to consider another provider.

Although I was happy with the photos developed it was not a seamless process. I noticed that I had mistakenly made an order without scans before I posted my films. I realised my error and spoke to a very helpful member of staff who effectively took an additional order for scans. I then sent off my two films and received my negatives in a few days. However I couldn’t locate the photos on my app and a further enquiry revealed that the lab had not picked up my additional order for scans. Again the admin staff member was most helpful and arranged for me to resend the negatives.

Largely efficient service marred by two items mysteriously not being received despite my inclusion of them in the well sealed box I sent. However I was delighted to receive the payment for the missing items on enquiring about them. A useful outlet for unwanted books etc. Great customer service, a useful app and a good idea.

Complete breakdown in payment system really soured my purchase experience. This seemed to go on all day and at one stage I contemplated never again using WOB. I was able to contact an agent who confirmed that there was a general payment fault. This seemed to last most of the day. I ended up making two orders of excellent quality books which were dispatched promptly. Perhaps WOB ought to make a conciliatory gesture of a small amount of compensation for those affected by the inability to buy anything from their website for a 24 hour period especially during a generous sale which would naturally be popular and potentially lead to books one was targeting not being available ultimately due to the delay in actually being able to buy at the time one first wishes to.

Another highly satisfying order made more so by a very helpful 20% discount. Items were dispatched promptly in a robust mailer. Two of the three items sounded very close to the quality of a brand new record. Definitely a seller to keep an eye on
