Thank you for your feedback, following up on our previous conversation. So everyone is aware, we offer free shipping for orders over £50.00 to the UK mainland. We aim to be as transparent as possible and have mentioned this information regarding non-free returns in our returns section on our website. However, please note that the only possible exception is when a product has underlying defect. Our company accepts all sales items, which is less common among retailers, so we always try to do our best for our customers.
