Appalling service
Appalling service, poor response and just automated responses. That’s on Twitter and on the phone. I had great BB until about 5 years ago and now although great in one room the rest of the house is patchy. Buffering etc. So you want me to pay for boosters or downgrade the power for the same money Not a great service. Said this now for everyone of these surveys and never get a response. paper exercise.
