My box does not open properly

My box does not open properly. The posties refuse to use because it's so temperamental. If you turn the handle quickly the inner-gates do not lift completely and the drawer will not open. Most delivery workers aren't looking to hang around.

Annoying really. Now the posties ring my bell and if I'm not in I miss the delivery.

Over two months and still no delivery

I made an order on 8th July 2025. As of 15th September 2025 I do not have my order. The value of the order was £88.95 and ironically includes a £1.99 'Priority Handling - Faster Dispatch' fee.

I have visited the Impericon webpage from multiple devices but the link to 'contact' does not work. I have no idea how I am supposed to contact this company or how I can get my money back.

To be clear I have had one email from them to confirm my order on 8th July and NOTHING since.

Bad service. Bad company.

UPDATE: Package arrived on 10th October. Zero contact, apology or explanation from Impericon. Over three months for delivery. I will never use them again.

Bad info

On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I had the same message from UPS - my delivery would take place between 1030-1230. Except delivery didn't take place on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Each day I checked the link to 'track' the delivery. I'd say 'track' is a a generous term. The 'live' map doesn't work and the estimated delivery time is about as much use a watch with no battery.

What is the point in providing delivery times that are just nonsense?

DPD and other providers seem to be able to get this right. Even Yodel and Evri manage to get in the right ballpark these days.

UPS is trash. If you're an internet shop, online seller or whatever you call yourself, please avoid. They are rubbish.

P.S. Don't try and call UPS. The automated voice just repeats the same garbage you get from their 'tracking' page i.e. nonsense.

Interflora delivered my flowers to the…

Interflora delivered my flowers to the wrong address on Valentine's Day. No call centre available and no online chat function. I emailed them at 1400 and it took them FOUR HOURS to reply.

Busiest day of the year for flowers and apparently Covid is still the reason they haven't staffed appropriately.

Not acceptable.

I ordered 3 identical sofa side-tables…

I ordered 3 identical sofa side-tables online. Wayfair then divided the order into 2 lots and directed 1 lot to an incorrect address; there was no option to remedy this on the website so I called them.

The first person told me they couldn't help until the next day because it was already in transit (under 12 hours after I'd ordered the evening before). They told me that I had to call back the next day. I queried why they couldn't deal with the issue now that they were aware of it, and accepted it was their fault. I was told that 'GDPR means I can't do that'. When I challenged this statement I was told that I couldn't speak to the call handler in this way and they hung up.

Call handler 2 took my details and then the line was lost.

By the time I got to call handler 3, and some 30 mins of time wasted, I had resolved to cancel my order. I was told that I cannot cancel my order which is a direct contravention of distance selling regulations for non-customised items. I pushed back on this and was placed on hold. After a significant chunk of time on hold I was told that actually I would get a refund. I asked for an email to confirm this - which i received 7 hours later and (a system generated email telling me that one of my items would be refunded - not the entire order as requested).

So, what happened? 1 item was sent to the wrong address. 2 items were sent to me. I received no refund of any kind.

Summary, a total shambles. I will never be ordering from these guys again.

Parcel still not collected....Poor Customer Service

I booked a parcel collection for Monday 4th January. No one turned up on 4th, 5th and now 6th. I made an enquiry through the website on the morning of 5th - no response (website still says my parcel will be collected 'today' - regardless of the day).

Website chatbot is no help; basically a glorified FAQ look up tool. Not dynamic or useful.

Now on hold with their customer service number. It takes 90 seconds just to get to the option of speaking to someone. I've now been on hold over 30 minutes and no response.

1 week after my initial order I have now received an email stating that my order has been cancelled. I will be refunded but nothing more. Awful customer service.
