Bad info

On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I had the same message from UPS - my delivery would take place between 1030-1230. Except delivery didn't take place on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Each day I checked the link to 'track' the delivery. I'd say 'track' is a a generous term. The 'live' map doesn't work and the estimated delivery time is about as much use a watch with no battery.

What is the point in providing delivery times that are just nonsense?

DPD and other providers seem to be able to get this right. Even Yodel and Evri manage to get in the right ballpark these days.

UPS is trash. If you're an internet shop, online seller or whatever you call yourself, please avoid. They are rubbish.

P.S. Don't try and call UPS. The automated voice just repeats the same garbage you get from their 'tracking' page i.e. nonsense.
