Hi Steve,

I am sorry if you were unhappy with our reply. It was not our intention to disappoint you.

The query related to the power supply needed for a specific appliance and I can see the agent did confirm the minimum needed was a 32amp supply and the maximum would be 45amp. We do refer you to your electrician to confirm the requirements you need as they will be able to confirm your options based on the connections you have available and what is needed for the cooker.

If your electrician would like to discuss the options then he can call our service centre and speak with our Technical Team.

Do Not Buy from Here!

Do not trust this site, ordered a Lego set for my grandson’s birthday the price was £29.99. However, they have taken £44.99 out of my account. They also changed the delivery date. I have messaged customer services but nobody has replied.
