First Class service from Rebecca Davig of the Customer Experience Team.
I recently wrote a poor review due to one member of staff's poor attitude to customer care. However, I was contacted by Rebecca who took over my complaint and has proven that KCOM do care and have completely gone out of their way to put things write.
