Limited range of diverse scents.
I've been using Fussy for some time now, and while I really appreciate the brand, one ongoing concern for me is the limited range of diverse scents. Because of this, I’ve had to stick with the same selection for quite a while. Unfortunately, I believe I may have developed a reaction to one of the scents, which has made me reconsider continuing with the range.
That said, I must commend your incredible customer service — it’s been outstanding, and I truly can’t fault the overall experience. I genuinely hope Fussy continues to grow and expand its scent range, as I’d love to remain a loyal customer.

Shocking Service, Repeated Failures – Vanquis Should Be Ashamed
I am absolutely fed up with Vanquis and the appalling way they’ve handled my account. After several fraudulent transactions on my card, I did what any responsible customer would do—I contacted customer service expecting action. Instead, I was met with silence and inaction. The fraudulent activity continued, and it became clear that protecting my account was not a priority for Vanquis.
Despite their failure, I tried to do the right thing. I contacted them to set up a monthly payment arrangement, thinking at the very least, I could keep my account in good standing. Instead, I received a text saying I’d missed a payment—something I explicitly set up to avoid. When I called customer service to resolve it, I was spoken over, dismissed, and treated with utter disrespect, as though I was a child who didn’t understand what was going on.
What’s even more infuriating is that Vanquis admitted in writing that they had failed to protect my account and awarded me compensation. I emailed and asked for this to be applied directly to my balance—no response, no confirmation, nothing.
Every single attempt I’ve made to pay off this account responsibly has been undermined by their own dysfunction. The customer service is cold, unhelpful, and lacks any trace of empathy. I’m tired. I’ve done everything I can, and Vanquis has failed me at every step.
This is not just bad service—it’s negligence. I would strongly urge anyone considering this bank to think twice. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. And trust me—something will go wrong.
Vanquis, you should be ashamed. You’ve lost all trust and credibility.

I picked it up today, and I was so happy with the quality.

Delivery issues
I initially thought there was an issue with Evri, but I’ve since realised the delay was actually due to Fussy’s delivery policy, which allows up to five days. Because I used the refills more than usual during the summer months, I ran out quicker than expected and had to purchase a temporary replacement from the supermarket.
With that in mind, I’d love to suggest that Fussy consider offering both express and regular delivery options. It would really help in situations like mine, where usage unexpectedly increases. My subscription covers both my sister and me, so we tend to go through the refills faster at times.
That said, the Fussy team has been amazing as always—especially Cesca, who kept me informed and was so helpful throughout. I really appreciate the continued excellent service and customer care. Thank you!

Fraudulent Activity Again? Vanquis Bank Is Completely Out of Control
Absolutely appalled by Vanquis Bank’s complete failure to protect my account.
After previously reporting fraudulent activity and following every instruction — including having my card cancelled and frozen — I’ve now been hit with another attempted fraud on the same account. How is this even possible?
What’s worse is the radio silence from Vanquis Bank. Despite calling to lodge a formal complaint, I have received no follow-up, no explanation, and no reassurance. The level of neglect is staggering.
I am left worried, unprotected, and completely disillusioned. If a cancelled card can still be compromised, what exactly is Vanquis Bank doing to secure customer data? Clearly, not enough.
This is not just poor service — it's a serious breach of trust and security. I will be escalating this to the Financial Ombudsman. Enough is enough.
Avoid this bank if you value your financial safety.

Serious Security Failures – I No Longer Trust Vanquis
I’ve been a loyal Vanquis customer for years with no issues — until recently. Over the past few months, my account has been repeatedly targeted by fraudulent activity. Despite reporting this multiple times, Vanquis has failed to properly secure my account.
After the first incident, I was told my card had been cancelled — it wasn’t. A new card and PIN were sent, which I activated but never used. Then it happened again. I was again assured the card was blocked and a new PIN was on the way. I’ve received nothing.
Just today, another suspicious message prompted me to log into my account (I didn’t), and another fraud attempt occurred — luckily it expired before it could be processed.
Vanquis has lost my complete trust. The security system is clearly compromised, and staff give false assurances. I’ve had enough. I will be calling them on Monday to demand:
Permanent account closure
A payment plan to settle the balance
No further cards or contact
This bank clearly does not prioritise customer safety or communication. I urge anyone reading this to seriously reconsider banking with Vanquis. My experience has been nothing short of appalling. I wouldn’t trust them with a penny.

Issue Handled Fairly in the End
I was initially disappointed when my Father's Day card didn’t arrive on time despite placing the order well in advance. The delay and initial handling of the issue were frustrating, especially as a loyal customer who regularly uses Moonpig for personalised cards and gifts. However, Moonpig came back with a resolution and provided a full refund for the late delivery, which I appreciate. I hope future experiences will meet the high standards I’ve come to expect.

Late delivery
My sister and I worked hard to create a beautiful Father’s Day card through Moonpig, hoping it would arrive in time for the occasion. Unfortunately, that did not happen. We were expecting it to arrive by Monday at the latest — but still, nothing came through the post.
After my sister contacted Moonpig, she received a reply from Josh stating that a full refund could only be issued if we refused delivery of the card. This is absolutely ridiculous. How can we refuse delivery of an item that Moonpig has failed to deliver in the first place? I am extremely disappointed.
I have regularly used Moonpig for personalised cards and gifts in the past and always expected a higher level of service. At the very least, a partial refund should have been offered as a gesture of goodwill for failing to meet the delivery date. Instead, there was no empathy or genuine effort to resolve the issue.
Sadly, this experience has left a very poor impression, and I no longer feel confident using Moonpig going forward. I hope Moonpig reconsiders how they handle such situations if they care about retaining long-term loyal customers and providing the excellent service they claim to stand for. In this instance, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

After receiving a faulty hair mist, I reached out to Nylah’s customer support, and the lovely Shovon handled the issue perfectly and promptly. Although there were some initial communication issues, they were quickly resolved, and I have now received a replacement with swift delivery. I was genuinely impressed by how Shovon managed the situation with such courtesy and professionalism. This is what you call a company that truly values customer satisfaction and strives to provide a positive experience. Extremely Disappointed with ASOS Premier Delivery
I’ve been a loyal ASOS customer for years and subscribed to the Premier service specifically for the benefit of next-day delivery. Unfortunately, that level of service seems to be a thing of the past.
I ordered an item for my sister, intended as a gift for a family member who was traveling. The item arrived late, which meant she wasn’t able to give the gift in time. It completely defeated the purpose of the purchase and left us both incredibly disappointed.
What’s most frustrating is that ASOS continues to charge for a service that is no longer being honored. If next-day delivery is not going to be fulfilled, then it’s unfair to customers who pay for that promise. I genuinely hate to consider shopping elsewhere, but it’s becoming harder to justify staying with ASOS under these circumstances.
If courier services are the issue, then ASOS needs to take responsibility and ensure better communication and reliability from their end. Customers shouldn’t have to suffer the consequences of poor coordination behind the scenes.
I hope ASOS takes this seriously—because if not, they’ll continue losing trustworthy, long-term customers like me.

I just received my order from The Perfume Shop—Kylie Minogue’s Darling. After reading the fragrance notes, I was excited to try it, but sadly, it didn’t live up to my expectations. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive any free samples, which is unusual given my long history of shopping with The Perfume Shop. While this isn’t their fault, I wish I had chosen a different brand. Unfortunately, due to the return policy on used fragrances, I’m stuck with it.

Testerup, please stop advertising unrealistic earning expectations for customers. I’ve played many of the games, and the most I’ve earned is just 5p—nowhere near the £40 you advertise. I’ve noticed many ads on game apps falsely claiming that players can earn up to £40 from a single game, which, in my opinion, is misleading and deceptive.

Poor Resolution – Funds Not Released Despite Proof of Delivery
I had a frustrating experience with eBay’s resolution process. After an issue with tracking information, I provided proof of delivery from the buyer confirming they received the item. Instead of releasing my funds, eBay closed the case, claiming it was resolved—even though I never received the payment.
To make matters worse, I purchased shipping through eBay’s website, expecting it to cover the full cost, but I still had to pay an additional fee at the post office. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received any further updates on when my funds would be available.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, I have decided to close my eBay account. It’s sad, as I’ve been a seller for a long time, but the new system simply isn’t working for me. I hope eBay improves its support for sellers in the future.

I’m truly disappointed with eBay’s payment process. A sale I made on the 6th is still showing as not dispatched, even though the item has been delivered. It seems eBay does not check delivery status, and I have yet to receive my funds. In previous sales, the money appeared in my eBay balance without issues, but now there’s a long delay. This makes me question whether it’s worth continuing to sell on eBay. The platform needs to improve its payment processing system—if eBay does not sort out this payout situation, they will lose their customers, and eBay will be no more.
