Exceptional Support and Great Service!

Amazing Haircare Products – Highly Recommend!

I discovered Nylah Hair Products after watching Dragons’ Den UK and decided to try their range, including the Super Seeds Hair Oil, Protein Power Hair Spray, and Moisture Retention Cream. Within just one week, my hair has completely transformed!

The Protein Power Hair Spray reduced shedding noticeably, and the natural ingredients are so gentle on my sensitive scalp. My hair feels stronger, softer, and much healthier. I’m thrilled with the results and will definitely continue using their products.

Fantastic Customer Service

I recently placed an order for bookmarks with Digital Print, but I must have made a mistake during the process. Thankfully, Chris was incredibly helpful every step of the way. When I noticed an error on one of the bookmarks, I emailed right away, and Chris promptly made the necessary changes without any hassle. The level of customer service was nothing short of fantastic—this is the true definition of going the extra mile for your customer. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

Subscription

I recently reactivated my subscription and sent an email to the Huel Team requesting to change my Supergreens to the Watermelon flavor. However, I noticed that the original flavor is still being sent.

I believe it would be beneficial to acknowledge customer requests before processing a subscription reactivation. At the very least, sending an email to confirm any changes before finalising the order would help avoid misunderstandings.

No acknowledgement from Elf

Dear e.l.f. Customer Service Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I have been using e.l.f. products for over a year now and have always had a positive experience. As a brand, you pride yourselves on being hypoallergenic and using ingredients that are safe for all skin types. This commitment inspired me to try your range with confidence, and up until recently, I had never encountered any issues.

However, I recently had a concerning experience with your e.l.f. Tinted Lip Gloss, which I have attached to this email for reference. At first, I wasn’t sure if it was the lip gloss causing the reaction, as I hadn’t experienced any adverse effects with other e.l.f. products. Unfortunately, my reaction was severe, requiring me to seek medical attention from my GP, who prescribed medication to address the allergy and swelling. I have attached a photo of my reaction for your understanding.

To be honest, the reaction was extremely distressing. The swelling and skin irritation were so severe that I had to stop using all skincare products to prevent further irritation, as the inflammation and weeping of the skin worsened with product use.

I sent you this email on October 12 but have yet to receive any acknowledgment from your team. Unfortunately, the problem still persists, and as a result, I will now be seeing a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.

This experience prompted me to do some research, which is still ongoing, and I discovered that some ingredients in your lip range may trigger reactions in individuals with extremely sensitive skin. As someone with atopic eczema and highly sensitive skin, I was disappointed to learn that a brand known for using safe ingredients could include components that pose risks to those with skin conditions like mine.

I believe it would be beneficial for e.l.f. to consider adding labels that distinguish products suitable for normal to super-sensitive skin. Including a specific warning for those prone to eczema could help ensure a safer experience for all customers.

I am unsure if you have come across discussions on social media, such as TikTok, where other customers have shared similar experiences with e.l.f. products. If certain ingredients in your products are causing reactions, it could potentially lead to larger issues for the brand. I wanted to share my experience with the hope that you might take this feedback into consideration and review the ingredients in your product range.

I want to emphasize that I have no intention of pursuing this matter further, as I have been able to manage the reaction so far with the help of my GP. I genuinely appreciate the quality of e.l.f. products overall, and my intention is to bring this matter to your attention in the hopes of seeing improvements for those with extra-sensitive skin.

Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I truly hope that e.l.f. can take steps to make its range even safer for everyone.

Severe Reaction to e.l.f. Tinted Lip Gloss and Disappointing Customer Service Response

Review of e.l.f. Tinted Lip Gloss

I’ve been using e.l.f. products for over a year and have always appreciated their focus on quality, affordability, and hypoallergenic ingredients. I’ve generally had great experiences, which made me feel confident in trying their Tinted Lip Gloss. Unfortunately, this product caused a severe allergic reaction for me.

At first, I wasn’t sure the lip gloss was the issue, as I’ve never had problems with other e.l.f. products. But after using it, I experienced significant swelling and irritation, which required medical treatment from my GP. Managing the reaction was tough, as I had to stop using all skincare products to prevent the inflammation from worsening.

As someone with atopic eczema and highly sensitive skin, it was disappointing to learn that some ingredients in this product might trigger issues for people with similar conditions. I think it would be helpful if e.l.f. added clearer labels to indicate which products are safe for sensitive or eczema-prone skin. This would make it easier for customers to make informed choices.

I also sent an email to the CEO and e.l.f. customer service about my experience and concerns but never received any acknowledgment. I am highly disappointed by the lack of response—it made me feel that my feedback wasn’t valued.

I’ve also noticed others on social media, like TikTok, sharing similar experiences with certain e.l.f. products. While I’ve managed my reaction with medical support and don’t plan to take further action, I hope the brand takes feedback like this seriously and reviews their formulas and labeling.

I still like e.l.f. as a brand, and this experience won’t stop me from using their other products. However, I really hope they improve communication and take steps to ensure their products are safer for all skin types, especially for those of us with sensitive skin.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service from Evri Driver

I had a package delivered today around 5pm by an Evri driver at the Hemans Estate. I rushed down to collect it, but by the time I got to the door, the driver had already placed the delivery over a car cover near the mini storage in front of the house.
Initially, I couldn’t find the package and asked the driver where it was. He informed me that it had been left over the car cover by the mini storage area. When I asked him to retrieve it for me, he refused, made a tutting noise, and told me to find it myself.

This was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. I couldn’t help but think that if I hadn’t arrived in time, I wouldn’t have known where the package was. Additionally, the package was quite heavy—what if it had been an elderly person who was unable to retrieve it? As a representative of Evri, the driver should be respectful and deliver a high standard of customer service. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also discourteous.

This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this particular driver. He’s often on his phone during deliveries, which is unprofessional. There should be pride and joy in the work being done, and that should be reflected in the service provided. I no longer wish to deal with this driver if his behavior continues, as it is simply unacceptable.

I trust that this matter will be addressed appropriately, and I hope to see a more professional standard of service in the future. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Unfair Access Restrictions on Evernote

I have been a long-time user of Evernote and am extremely disappointed with the recent changes that now require a subscription to access my notes. I have always appreciated that Evernote offered both free and paid options, allowing users like myself to choose according to our needs and financial circumstances. However, I am now unable to view any of my notes and passwords unless I subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan.This situation is frustrating and reflects poorly on the customer experience. In these challenging times, many people, including myself, are facing financial difficulties. While I understand the value of a paid account, it is not feasible for everyone to commit to a subscription right now. It feels unjust to be compelled into paying for what was previously accessible for free.I urge you to consider the impact this change has on loyal users who rely on Evernote for their daily needs. A more flexible approach that takes into account the diverse financial situations of your user base would be appreciated. This experience has left me truly disappointed and reconsidering my reliance on Evernote.

Worse Customer Service Experience.

I recently had a frustrating experience with the Fragrance Shop. Despite paying the £15 annual fee for membership benefits, I realized at checkout that I was being charged a non-membership fee and delivery costs. Additionally, the promised 20% discount did not apply.I contacted customer service about this issue last week but have not received any response. This has been the worst customer experience, and I plan to cancel my membership because it doesn’t seem worth the hassle. I was under the impression that the membership fee would grant me access to member pricing and benefits, but this has not been the case.

Fussy has provided good service, although my refills took some time to arrive as I couldn't see a delivery date.
I later found out that the delay was due to a payment issue, but I eventually received my refills. As usual, thank you for providing a good customer experience. 😆

Beautiful heartwarming welcome message.

I recently purchased Huel Daily Greens and received a starter pack. After seeing an advert from Steven Bartlett, I was intrigued and, despite the cost, decided to try it this month.

The welcome package description inside the main box was truly heartwarming, and I even took a picture of it.When making the shake, I initially tried a small amount in case I didn't like the taste.

However, after two days, I am pleasantly surprised to find myself getting used to it.

One suggestion I have is to package the scoop in a plastic case rather than placing it directly in the bag.
Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase. Let's see how things go.

I was surprised that the trousers didn’t fit me, even though I ordered the same size as usual. It’s upsetting to finally find something I like, only for there to be an issue with the sizing.

Brilliant Customer Service 🥳

I have been using Fussy natural deodorant for some time now, and I am happy with the quality of the deodorant. After experiencing some allergy to branded deodorants that caused my skin to react, I have never looked back.

The customer service has been incredible, and I appreciate the Fussy Team for paying close attention to the needs of their customers. I hope to see new collections from Fussy, especially armpit wipes 😅.

I'm really rooting for this to be part of the collection. Yes, there are many brands, but a touch of Fussy may make a massive difference. Keep up the good work!
