I liked the sound of this Company after a video call to go around my property showing what was to be moved from my property to my new home. Things could stay in drawers, mattresses wrapped, wardrobe boxes for clothes hung up, TV safely wrapped up.
Liasion with Michala in the office was brilliant when trying to get a date as I had to ring multiple times until the chain agreed a date.
Needless to say nothing was broken or scratched during the move, neither house had any scratches or marks anywhere and they were absolutely amazing.
Lovely friendly guys who worked so hard and we were loaded up in 2.5 hours after which we patiently waited to get in my new home, then again they worked so hard bringing everything in and putting it in place. Not one box in the wrong room and anything not marked they asked me where I wanted it. Sofa's were put in place and the sideboard exactly where I wanted it with the TV on top. Beds in the correct place with the headboards propped behind.
Just amazing which took a lot of stress away on the day, in fact I felt guilty just watching.
The lovely touch of a handshake when complete and well wishes from all 3 guys was so nice.

Very pleased with my survey, nicely detailed and professional. Friendly staff when I messaged to engage their services and all arranged via the Estate agent.

So we wanted some furniture to match our fitted wardrobes and saw Refink Ltd on a friend's fb. Chris is such a lovely genuine guy and the products are absolute quality (so heavy and sturdy and the bottom of the drawers is sturdy not the flimsy you often get). We were kept up to date with their progress which was nice. Cannot recommend them highly enough, the match is fabulous. Really really pleased.

Ordered Thursday for delivery Saturday. Not delivered and not happy. No excuse for it and still no response. Expect a full refund and the ordered cancelled as the recipient won't be home this week. My kind gesture thwarted thanks to Prestige.

It's now Monday 2.45pm, still not response from my complaint, no apology nothing. Very poor service

Service was excellent, product is OK. Firm but comfy but after 6 months has dips in the mattress where we each sleep which doesn't show until you're actually laid on it. This does put me off buying one again and we got the hybrid.

UPDATE - I was contacted very quickly after leaving this review and I must say Emma have been absolutely outstanding. We've had the mattress replaced after sending pics requested and a softer comfort layer offered to help my hip as I find the bed too firm and had bought a topper. Never expected such excellent service. Wow, very happy

Top class Estate Agent (Rothwell branch). The house we are currently in was up with Emsleys, nothing was too much trouble as they were doing the viewings and we went a fair few times to measure up etc. We've just sold the same house with them, very efficient & friendly from the off, within a day the house was on the market, excellent pictures too. Viewed and sold the next day!

I was recommended to have a consultation with James Ball from my Optician who I've trusted for over 30 years for cataracts that were developing in both eyes one of which was causing me big sight issues. I'd put this off for as long as I could as i was very afraid having used contact lenses for many many years.

From my first consultation with James when I explained my big fear I felt so much easier within 5 minutes. He is so understanding and calming of any fears and has been throughout my 2 surgeries constantly reassuring me. I really believed without a general anaesthetic I couldn't get through this and I've sailed through both eyes being done separately.

My vision is now absolutely amazing, I'm so grateful every single day for the fact I wake and can see clearly for the first time in approx. 45 years and no longer need optical aids and my sight has been clear like this from the day following surgery for each eye.

All I can say is wow and I cannot recommend James and his full team highly enough. I was even called back within 30 minutes of my enquiry if not sooner.

So if you're considering any treatment I 100% recommend Custom Vision. Wonderful people.

Absolutely fabulous service again, i won't use anyone else now. Prices are always that bit cheaper than others and a second to none service. Always a friendly talkative driver full of information which gets you off to a good start and end to your holiday.

Highly recommend, we've used them in Alicante and Portugal a number of times

Used to love Westin Gourmet, I'm afraid Muscle food just don't cut it. The fillet steak is no where near as good, fatty & rubbishly cut & I get absolutely bombarded with emails and texts which drives me insane. I can't tell you how many times I've unsubscribed. I've given them enough tries now i'll stick to local butchers in future.

Shame as the meat is still tender & tasty but come on we want a nicely cut steak not uneven fatty ones especially as its fillet we order

Absolutely tip top. We bought 4 bar stools, the lady was mega helpful. delivery was fast & efficient with great communication about it.

Would defo recommend this company & the quality of the stools is fabulous. So comfortable.
