Quick & Easy Claim

My claim was sent over to Davies Group via my Santander home insurance. I spoke with Reece who sorted my claim within 20 minutes! I received a voucher from Argos instantly. I would be happy to use this company again :)

Paid specifically for before 10am…

Paid specifically for before 10am delivery from Samsung, however Panther said they never received this information. When my order arrived mid-afternoon, the delivery drivers weren’t particularly pleasant. Unsure if there was a language barrier or if they were just rude - they expected me to carry my old washing machine to my front door on my own, even though I’d paid extra for removal too. Probably wouldn’t use this company again if I had a choice of couriers at the time of ordering.

Excellent Service & Great Value

Excellent service, took 3 days to get here from ordering and only took me literally 5 minutes to put the blind up. The Velux blind I ordered was also a quarter of the price compared to the Velux website, would 1000% recommend.

Awful Service at Macclesfield Store

Awful customer service from the Macclesfield store. Ordered an item around 3pm yesterday for same day collection as advertised on the website (the reason why I ordered from currys because of the quick collection). No email to collect by 8pm so called customer service, they advised to go to the store as it should be ready. Arrived at the store, explained the situation to an adviser who wasn’t bothered in the slightest. Asked to speak to a manager, who wasn’t in, so had to speak to an assistant manager. Wasn’t helpful at all, said there was no solution and didn’t seem bothered either. Woke up this morning to an email and they have cancelled my order! Ridiculous service, will not be using again. I’ve placed the order from Argos this morning and collected immediately, don’t understand why it’s so complicated? Joke

Great company, definitely recommend!

Great company, pleasure to deal with. I had a few issues with my printer (due to no fault of theirs) and it was sorted immediately with excellent customer service. Would 10000% recommend, other companies should take note from these guys!
