Still haven't received parcel

Still haven't received parcel. Told despatched on 9th May( 2-5days for delivery) not even been received by Royal Mail. Have to wait 14 days from despatch before I can enquire about it.

Great customer service

Salesman Oliver was informative, knowledgeable but not pushy. Gave us options on payment , colours and controls on settee and chairs. Would give a 5 star rating but will wait until delivery ( will it be on date given ). Felt delivery charge was high , as given custom and paid cash , shall expect a great service for the price

Enjoyed the holiday overall

Enjoyed the holiday overall, but will not be repeating the experience. Hotel was great but it needs to review the look of their staff. Front of house need to look smart and tidy, not in unironed crumpled uniforms and uncombed hair. Not all of them but it let down those that took care with their appearance. As for the food , I thought I was in a Care Home. Cheap, bland and unimaginative. Soup was tasteless and tasted the same whatever night it was served . No fresh vegetables ( frozen ) and the only fresh fruit was in a so called fruit salad ( apples/pears chopped up ) , not my idea of a fruit salad. Breakfast was no different basic and bland. Not a full breakfast just half of one. Drivers were good and areas we visited . Not what I expected .

Ordering was easy . (This was a pre-order) The product arrived earlier than expected,, much to my delight as it was a birthday present for my grandson . If it had arrived when first stated it would have been a belated present.

Easy to order and collect

Easy to order and collect. Prefer to order on line as hate the new serve yourself tills. Thought when you shopped in store you were served by a human , not so . Completely lost the personal touch. Mostly shop elsewhere where at least you can interact with staff.

This is a replacement parcel. Even this was delayed. Plus only part of the order as due to the loss of parcel and the delay in response from you, most of the order was out of stock.. Very disappointed.

Expected delivery a lot earlier as…

Expected delivery a lot earlier as these were from the new book. But told had to wait three weeks then another few weeks. Lucky I wanted them as a Christmas Present not for my husband's Birthday. Have found that most things are not available or out of stock even if a anew catalogue.

With catalogues being produced months in advance to meet printing deadlines, certain items may appear in catalogues which have since become out of stock. In addition, this is one of our busiest times of the year so the stock depletes very quickly due to so many customers placing orders via telephone, mail order and online.

Buying a Sofa for our grand-daughter

Buying a Sofa for our grand-daughter, who wasn't at all sure what she really wanted. The patience shown by the salesman was phenomenal as she umed and ahhed. Explanation of delivery times and care of the product was said in terms that could be understood. The whole experience especially with the Covid precautions in place was better than expected. Very efficient .
