This company are totally reliable, reasonably priced (you get what you pay for!) and help you through the process of obtaining the correct travel insurance, and especially like me, those of you with medical issues.

Extra lighting using delicate LED's add a romantic feel. We loved it.

After a very frustrating day having a new boiler fitted it was found that my Hive Thermostat will not connect to my WiFi. It was suggested I call Gigaclear my broadband supplier. I spoke with a lovely man called BEN W who immediately put me at ease as I am non tech savy person!
Ben offered to email a step by step guide for improving my WiFi signal around my home. He has offered to help me personally. Well done, and thank you.

I have been a customer of GIGACLEAR cable Broadband since 2015. The service (connection) to my home has been seamless for the duration. My current contract runs out on November 30th 2023 so it was time to call Customer Service and negotiate another deal. I had the good fortune to be speaking with Mia S who is a member of the team.
From her opening greeting to sorting my new contract I was shown total respect. Every detail was explained in a clear speaking voice which for me is just perfect as I am a little hard of hearing!

BPS Access Solutions - I have never used this company before, but needed a ladder set very fast as in the middle of a job. I placed my order on line on the 1st September, and within minutes received a reply to say that the product would arrive the next day (2nd)
A perfect solution to my problem.
Tuffnells (the delivery company) confirmed the same by email. I waited in all day on the 2nd, and the 3rd.
On Monday 4th got an email from Tuffnells confirming delivery on the 2nd, in first class condition but not signed for!!
I called BPS and spoke with Brian (I think!) who was a lovely chap. His response was not shock, but indeed apologetic, and he said he would get another ladder set out today and ship by DX couriers. IT WOULD arrive the next morning before 1pm!!
It was delivered by 12.20pm and in perfect condition.
I finished the pending job yesterday afternoon.
The product is first class and does exactly what it claims. Brian offered me £25 discount for my inconvenience. What more could one ask.

Ps. Tuffnells have a very bad review rating and it is evident that supplier product is being stolen. Can the drivers not understand that in this day and age we have CCTV everywhere!!!

I needed a new ladder set so ordered one from BP Solutions costing £200. They promised next day delivery. Within minutes I received confirmation that my order would be delivered by TUFFNELLS. It was at this point I remembered reading all their reviews (which it pays to do). However maybe mine would be effected. Within minutes of placing my order
TUFFNELLS emailed with my consignment number confirming next day delivery between 7am and 6pm.
Nothing arrived, nor the next day and also the next.
I called BPS and spoke with a very nice man who did not show surprise, in fact immediately agreed to send out another set using DX Courier service and guaranteed I would get the ladders today. They arrived at 10am today.
I also received confirmation from TUFFNELLS that their delivery was effected on time and not signed for!! - which is so sad when you consider that most people are aware of who comes and goes via CCTV or the bell-ring cameras. BUT, of course TUFFNELLS are shysters and liars. The CEO must surely be on some sort of back hander to continue to allow his drivers to steal customers goods. PLEASE BEWARE

The best service available at sensible prices. Dean runs a great team of people who will communicate throughout. Polite, honest and knowledgeable. Always on time whether you want a service or an MOT.

I have been purchasing tyres for both our cars over the last 12 years. I cannot think of a time when Roger hasn’t been up to his neck in phone calls, prospective customer questions and juggling vehicles.
A first class manager with a very personable manner and a genuine interest in sorting out problems.
His experience and all round knowledge is second to none. I took my 88 year old mother in law to sort out her continual slow puncture.
It was executed perfectly. Roger had her 17 year old rear wheel refurbished plus a new tyre fitted.
Another delighted customer.

This Energy supplier, in my opinion is the best. They communicate with me every step of the way. If you can read your own meter (not rocket science!) you get up to date bills. Nothing happens within your account without you knowing first. I have just signed up for another 12 months on a 'Flexible' plan.
We all have to pay for our energy, but paying a fair price is what we want.

Booked my Mercedes CLS for a full service plus to check the 'creaking' suspension. The latter diagnosed as worn ball joints. We agreed to replace these along with related components. My car would be ready later in the day.

During the entire procedure Dean kept me up to date with the progress.
My car would not be ready due to a ball joint removal problem. They kept the car overnight and continued the next morning. Still communicating the detail along the way.

Senior Mechanic Ben explained the problems fully when I collected my car.

Ray has previously fitted wind blinds to my villa, but I needed to complete the protection by adding two more. whilst back in the UK visiting family I made enquiries regarding the cost. I received a written quote within 24 hours which was within my budget. I placed the order with a deposit suggesting they could do the job when I returned to Spain in a couple of weeks. The new blinds were fitted yesterday and photographs emailed to me within hours!!
You will not get a better product, and neither would you get a better service. Well done Ray, you are a credit to the business.

Great Store, Good range and competitive prices. The staff leave you alone and do not follow you around the showroom! - Our sales person was very pleasant, and with a good knowledge of their product range. We have purchased furniture from this company for many years.

My wife and I needed to buy a new bed as our son was at last leaving home and taking his with him.
We did our research on line and then hit the stores. OMG what a trauma.
The last visit of the day was Dreams in Milton Keynes. What a difference, no stalkers, no rubbish, just pure positive attitude.
Colin, our new friend gently eased us through the range and price structure. No pressure, no aggression.
We called back today to make our purchase.
