BPS Access Solutions - I have never used this company before, but needed a ladder set very fast as in the middle of a job. I placed my order on line on the 1st September, and within minutes received a reply to say that the product would arrive the next day (2nd)
A perfect solution to my problem.
Tuffnells (the delivery company) confirmed the same by email. I waited in all day on the 2nd, and the 3rd.
On Monday 4th got an email from Tuffnells confirming delivery on the 2nd, in first class condition but not signed for!!
I called BPS and spoke with Brian (I think!) who was a lovely chap. His response was not shock, but indeed apologetic, and he said he would get another ladder set out today and ship by DX couriers. IT WOULD arrive the next morning before 1pm!!
It was delivered by 12.20pm and in perfect condition.
I finished the pending job yesterday afternoon.
The product is first class and does exactly what it claims. Brian offered me £25 discount for my inconvenience. What more could one ask.

Ps. Tuffnells have a very bad review rating and it is evident that supplier product is being stolen. Can the drivers not understand that in this day and age we have CCTV everywhere!!!
