WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

UPDATE: 08/10/25 HOPE THIS HELPS
I lodged a PayPal dispute, once this was logged the following day I got an email from Boohoo to say my refund had been processed. I then received an email from PayPal to say they had found in my favor. I hope this may help someone. It seems this is the only way to get your money back.
I will never be ordering from Boohoo again and have told friends and family the same.

Would give minus stars as one star is generous. Trying to get a refund is like getting blood out of a stone. Sent items back on 13/09/25. I have lost count of the amount of times I have tried to contact them even though they have confirmed the items have been received. Same message sent to say the refund is being processed, spoke to a Maria G on chat who asked me to get back in touch if refund not received by 01/10/25, now no one is responding to the WhatsApp contact link.
If Boohoo actually read this do not comment that I should try again as this won’t work. Have asked on multiple occasions for contact details to make formal complaint. I request direct contact details with an advisor not the links on website.

Avoid- Shocking Service

Currently waiting 18 days and counting for refund of items. Numerous messages sent and have now ignored request for contact details to lodge a formal complaint, Absolutely shocking service. If I could give minus stars I would.

UPDATE: 3/10/25
Hi Rob (Boohoo Advisor) it is now 21 days. No one replies to me anymore with the link you have given. I’m being ghosted, I leave a message on the message page and all I get is that the refund is being processed. If you would like to give me your direct contact details I would be happy to listen to your empty promises.

Case number #16866963
Returned a suit. Had to email them to see if they had received it with tracking number. They said they had it and the refund would be in my PayPal account within 24hrs. Days later still no refund numerous emails. Have checked with PayPal no refund received. I am now going to make an official complaint.
If anyone reads these reviews before buying, don’t bother. Buy from a reputable company as Wallis certainly isn’t.

PayPal took the case on my behalf and I have finally received my refund which Wallis had said they had sent 3 weeks ago. Total liars will NEVER order from them again. AVOID THIS COMPANY

What they don’t show On the ads!!

What they don’t show on the ads is that it takes months to actually receive any money into the account even when it’s been confirmed.
I’ve been waiting for nearly a year for some payments and not particularly helpful when contacted.

The time it takes for cashback to progress will vary, some take a couple of weeks and other big and long term purchases take longer. This is because the retailer needs to be sure you keep the purchase.

So easy and comprehensive add on's

Just purchased this for my son who is going to Australia and New Zealand for 6 months. Loved the add on activity packs they were very comprehensive and so easy to do, I thought I would be on the phone for hours to find the right policy. Reasonably priced. Obviously haven't had to claim and hope I don't have to therefore rating given on ease of purchase only.
