Avoid- Shocking Service

Currently waiting 18 days and counting for refund of items. Numerous messages sent and have now ignored request for contact details to lodge a formal complaint, Absolutely shocking service. If I could give minus stars I would.

UPDATE: 3/10/25
Hi Rob (Boohoo Advisor) it is now 21 days. No one replies to me anymore with the link you have given. I’m being ghosted, I leave a message on the message page and all I get is that the refund is being processed. If you would like to give me your direct contact details I would be happy to listen to your empty promises.
