WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

UPDATE: 08/10/25 HOPE THIS HELPS
I lodged a PayPal dispute, once this was logged the following day I got an email from Boohoo to say my refund had been processed. I then received an email from PayPal to say they had found in my favor. I hope this may help someone. It seems this is the only way to get your money back.
I will never be ordering from Boohoo again and have told friends and family the same.

Would give minus stars as one star is generous. Trying to get a refund is like getting blood out of a stone. Sent items back on 13/09/25. I have lost count of the amount of times I have tried to contact them even though they have confirmed the items have been received. Same message sent to say the refund is being processed, spoke to a Maria G on chat who asked me to get back in touch if refund not received by 01/10/25, now no one is responding to the WhatsApp contact link.
If Boohoo actually read this do not comment that I should try again as this won’t work. Have asked on multiple occasions for contact details to make formal complaint. I request direct contact details with an advisor not the links on website.
