Loyal customer before, now I will never use them again
I used to like and rely on this website but now it has been one year since the airline cancelled my flight and kiwi.com have not replied to my refund request or to any of the messages I have sent to them this past year.
The refund status is simply left as 'waiting for carrier' - I believe that one year later this is absolutely unacceptable.
One year no refund is bad, but 2 months without a reply to my message and follow up message is just outraegous.
