We have used R B Poolman for many years. The guy who came was very polite, respectful of our property and very knowledgeable. Sorted out any little problems we had , explained in a very basic way that we understood. Certainly use them again.

Cheaper than last year, what's not to like.

We have used R.B. Pool man for many years and have had no problems at all. They go out of there way to help and make sure you are completely satisfied. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My system is now in good order,following remedial work by a reputable company, the cost ,£ 430,compared to Harris's £3,000.quote I have queried the manner of attendance and the apparent invention of unnecessary and over priced work,unfortunately they remain silent.
I think we can all work out why.

Do not touch these people with a bargepole, orshould it be a drainage pipe if they actually have one! First
I was charged £40 call out when the website said no callout charge, he came pretty quick,I am disabled and could not see what he was doing 2nd time drain was blocked. Told me a lot of rubbish needed a repair urgently at a cost of nearly £3000,Few days later blocked again. Called another engineer found a piece of very clean white plastic , now I wonder where that came from? Also stones that were very clean, had not been down the drain long. The 2nd engineer said there was no immediate hurry to have anything done.

Flowers arrived a day late, sent e.mail to you no reply from you. Obviously been hanging about somewhere as some flowers were dead. The rest of the flowers were great, lovely. Lasted along time will definitely use you again.

Flowers arrived Monday 21st Dec. Dead 23rd Dec. Sent by my family in Australia. Very upset, very disappointed and angry my e.mails have been ignored.
