Truly awful customer care

Truly awful customer care, I ordered permanent outdoor lights & they send me string Xmas lights ,refused me a refund then said I would have to return the lights to them in China but at my own expense, I spent over £100 for the lights but they offered me a refund of 15 USD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Excellent connection

Having been with BT & getting a massive 2mb connection due to no fibre optic connection ,I then moved on to Konnect a French satelitte company but the latency was awful ,then tried EE with a 4g router but sadly speeds of 10mb & at most but not often 20mb I turned to Starlink ,difference is night & day ,1st speed test 197mb 2nd 235mb ,at long last I have proper broadband ,yes its expensive to buy & at £75 a month but I'm in a rural area so no choice ,highly recommended

Great customer service

Had tried to sell a car & then buy a car from Cazoo , the customer service was non existent cold & uncaring , called into the Carlisle branch of Arnold Clark & was greeted by Chris a fairly new sales team member , he was very polite spoke to me like I was a real person not just a quick sale & went out of his way to help me find the car i was looking for ,couldn't have asked for better service , no pressure to buy , the whole process was very good , will definitely come here again ,Dumfries Renault/Dacia branch please take note Im STILL waiting on you getting back to me about buying a car .

Bought a Hastings bed from Dreams…

Bought a Hastings bed from Dreams online & it was duly delivered on time, delivery guy said 30mins you will have that built, 2 hours later its still not built, side rails have stickers on them for right way up, only problem is slats don't fit if I put side rails as guided, 2nd problem is the solid slats are so far out they barely reach both sides of the side rails, phoned up for replacement slats hopefully they fit

Unneccesary add ons

Went to the Carlisle depot of PC world as I find the staff in the dumfries store to be a bit pushy with their sales talk,i was after the SAMSUNG UE55KU6470 Smart 4k Ultra HD HDR 55" LED TV which dumfries didnt have in stock but Carlisle did , after talking to the Samsung guy a PC world employee took over the sales ,she said that i needed to but 4hk cables which were a hefty £79.99 each 7 that i needed 3 for the equipment i had back home , i said thats way too much for 3 cables & she reduced the price by nearly a half very generous , she said these cables were needed as they were better quuality & you needed them for 4k viewing ,I since found out that their are very few if any 4k services available in the Uk yet ,I do not have Sky nor do i want it & I feel the sale of these items were not actually needed ,I tried my HDMI 2 cables at home & then the 4k cables from PC world & tbh I found the quality to be the same , the TV is fantastic but just angry that I was made to beleive the TV wouldnt work properly without these expensive cables
