Ordinarily I rave about Selfridges…

Ordinarily I rave about Selfridges having had ordered on many occasions previous. However I recently ordered Christmas crackers for the value of £39 which I specifically ordered as they were toddler friendly. However the ones received were not as described and had marbles, and sharp products inside. I then looked to return and used DPD paperless process as requested by Selfridges customer services. DPD collected the crackers 2 weeks ago, I am yet to receive a refund or an acknowledgement that they have been returned. When emailing the customer service team I have received a nil response (excluding the first time when I was advised of the returns process). Very disappointed!

Wonderful grey and pink blanket and…

Wonderful grey and pink blanket and cushions even more beautiful than the photos... goes lovely in my grey room bringing a dash of colour.

Wonderful customer service

PatPat has a swift response to queries and sought to resolve my query very efficiently. I had a concern with delivery to my work address as I was due to go on maternity leave but the company gave me options to proceed and left me feeling very satisfied! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Late parcel

Hi,

After using the tracking system it stated since 9am that the delivery was 10th for today's deliveries. When checking again at 5.45pm it still stated 10th. I called Yodel and the automated system merely provided an update to state "delivery will be made today". I then used the webchat and spoke with Shakeel who advised that it was now 5th (although my tracking stated 10th 5 mins earlier) he sent me another link and advised it would be approx. 10-15 mins. Low and behold it was! He was kind friendly and patient despite my annoyance! Thank you so much!
