Ordinarily I rave about Selfridges having had ordered on many occasions previous. However I recently ordered Christmas crackers for the value of £39 which I specifically ordered as they were toddler friendly. However the ones received were not as described and had marbles, and sharp products inside. I then looked to return and used DPD paperless process as requested by Selfridges customer services. DPD collected the crackers 2 weeks ago, I am yet to receive a refund or an acknowledgement that they have been returned. When emailing the customer service team I have received a nil response (excluding the first time when I was advised of the returns process). Very disappointed!
