Late parcel
Hi,
After using the tracking system it stated since 9am that the delivery was 10th for today's deliveries. When checking again at 5.45pm it still stated 10th. I called Yodel and the automated system merely provided an update to state "delivery will be made today". I then used the webchat and spoke with Shakeel who advised that it was now 5th (although my tracking stated 10th 5 mins earlier) he sent me another link and advised it would be approx. 10-15 mins. Low and behold it was! He was kind friendly and patient despite my annoyance! Thank you so much!
