Ive been debating an e-cargo bike for a year to replace short journeys for toddler transport to/from nursery and eventually school. Having done all the research I settled on the brand and model - Tern Quickhaul P9. Ideal for a family with just a single child. Discussions through Torques Chat service direct to Elliot to confirm optional extras, colour choices available etc, all followed up with email confirmations on spec, it was seamless. Collection was around a week later from date of order, and the handover was really good too. Thanks Torque team! Ill be back to upgrade the rear seat when my daughter outgrows the Thule Yapp!

A couple of months ago I treated myself to a full bike fit. Having increased my mileage and Endurace sportive attendance I wanted to understand if there were any gains to be made, increase comfort and in general just be better. One thing I was suffering from was sore feet on anything over 30 miles. Jimmy sorted me right out! My full feet measurements turned out I have wide feet (I'm 47 and didn't know...) so with some new Lake shoes and custom foot pads acquired, that pain is a distant memory. Some minor tweaks on the bike seat, cleat, saddle pressure mapping etc and knee alignment improvement with wider pedal axles I am now much happier on the bike over longer distances. Highly recommended.

Ordered my first non OEM wheels as an upgrade to my bike. Simple to use website, great email communications and kept up to date on all delivery.
I built my wheels when they arrived with new rotors, tubes and tires with ease.

Excellent experience start to finish. Was sad to sell, but change in circumstances meant it was time for it to go. Of course you can get more private selling, but felt I got a reasonable offer over the phone with zero hassle or time wasters. Door pick up, instant cash transfer after a full inspection. Easy!
