Discussions through Torques Chat service direct to Elliot to confirm optional extras, colour choices available etc, all followed up with email confirmations on spec, it was seamless. Collection was around a week later from date of order, and the handover was really good too. Thanks Torque team! Ill be back to upgrade the rear seat when my daughter outgrows the Thule Yapp!
