Good communications

Good communications. Stayed for a week at a very high quality accommodation in Lyn Peninsular. Fairly expensive but good value.
Changed name from Original Cottages to Holiday Cottages from time of first booking. Very uneasy about this but did some extra checks to confirm was genuine.
Recommended.

Nightmare support after finding like…

Nightmare support after finding like others problems in connecting in the usa.
No auto connection it took 3 days to sort out as each customer service email took 24 hours to respond. I tried another esim and connected with no problem. In usa do not use jetpac despite its value price. No refund offered. Unacceptable customer service!

Beware of their auto renewal policy

Beware of their auto renewal policy. I took out and paid for a month subscription to play fair (not just use for 30 days free then cancel)
The account details on the app showed 1 month expiry date and an option to EXTEND.
Not realising this is not an option but there to make you think your sub would end and you had a choice to extend. But NO as auto renewal is their policy as when I tried to cancel and get refund customer services smugly point out their terms and condition clause buried in their document. Luckily I have been bounced out only of an x1 extra months full price sub. If you on an annual sub good luck to you!

Beware this sharp practice of auto renewal hidden in the t and c.

This is managed for Premier Inn Birkenhead on site…

This is Premier Inn Birkenhead on site parking but managed by Your Parking Space for Wirral Council, and premier say nothing to do with them despite receiving complaints.
This parking has anpr but does not make it clear that there is no readmission. If you paid for 1 day or 4 days and take car out of car park anytime say 1 hour after initial entry you forfeit and lose ALL money paid. The signage is misleading and according to premier inns have had numerous complaints about YPS misleading if not fraudulent cheating of the customer. Do not use if you need to use your car at any time during parking period. The council should choose an honest provider for this service. A disgrace.

BEWARE OF BAGGAGE SCAM!
I booked AerLingus but they have different rules if you are travelling from regional airports from and to UK. They have a separate 7kg and smaller bag size for carry on. No option for free hold carriage as with other Aer Lingus flights. All our carry on bags are sized for Ryanair and other carry on sizes. Only only option is to pay for our oversized bags is to check in as hold baggage at £52 return per person! Website is not clear and appears to offer 10 kg free check in but I confirmed with customer service that this did not apply to Regional flights ie with Emerald.
I thought Ryanair were sneaky, devious and lacking transparency but Aer Lingus is worse!
What an airline! Avoid.

Sneaky roaming loss if upgrade.

Offers upgrade automatically which is a great service. Data package increased by 10 gb but if you use roaming for holiday usage in europe then do NOT
upgrade if heavy user as fair usage decreases from 15 gb to only 5 gb. 14 days to cancel upgrade. They do not make clear about this change until after upgrade. Better transparency needed! Sneaky¡!!!

Great service runs on time and provides…

Great service runs on time and provides well organised service with comfortable seats.

Dropped star because lack of clarity and information about where to pick up bus. For example Exeter to Bristol airport the stop is not at the park and ride but on opposite side of road and 300 yards towards hotel. (Missed bus but able to catch up using car)

They should provide better information about location of each stop. Also no details about pick up for Bristol Airport so wandering with luggage. This really let's the service down. You have been warned!

Disappointed by this now neglected project.

Seriously disappointed at this
run down and neglected project.
Everywhere was tatty and in dire
need of refurbishment with poor
flooring paving and paths to leaking ceiling and dome roof needing attention. Many exhibits for children are broken and not working or looking dirty and tired. Paintwork peeling and dirty. Signage poor and missing. No clear routes.
Little staff engagement with visitors and no enthusiasm or commitment not even in the massive shopping area.
It is great that outside projects are
getting funding from this cash cow
but I will not return until they up their game for the visitor experience.
Overpriced and poor value.

Ashford Eureka Park Poor Quality

This site lets the brand down, would not stay again until upgraded. This is a low grade days inn. Bathroom tired with mouldy sealant. Chipped and poor condition bedroom furniture with gaffer tape used to repair chair!

Carpet had not been vacuumed with dust and bits visible. Staff friendly but appear demoralised and using lounge instead of guests.

Great location with good eateries nearby but cannot recommend this accommodation.

Provide superbly fast and efficient service. I used post office next day guaranteed and insured for £8. Sent pm and by 1pm next day received very fair offer near to gold spot price for scrap gold and money transferred into my account by 2pm! They gave me 30% more than my local jewellers offered. They identified correct carat and also bracelet with putty but still gold. I was provided with honest valuation compared to local jewellers who lost a gold earing and had to find it when I complained.
Highly recommended.
