Seems great price for what I wanted. Went for a refurb for a gaming pc for my son. Dimensions weren’t on the listing but got a quick reply from the team. Packaged well, instructions easy to follow. Will use in future when upgrade required.

Speedy delivery and good price for the mini stickers. Even though they’re tiny they’re adequate for labelling uniform as teachers will always look at the label for for a name, so as long as there is a name on there it doesn’t matter how small.

Product didn’t do anything for me (essentials open bust body suit).

However, main concern is being unable to return. They boast 60 say returns, great! However when I tried to return, apparently because it was listed as “final sale” it was non returnable. They say this is very clear with a disclaimer on the site, and yet when I asked them to show me, this ‘disclaimer’ it’s only visible if you hover on an icon next to “final sale”. Very misleading, in my opinion the company know exactly what they’re doing as a lot of the items are always on sale!

I would not have bought this if I knew I couldn’t return. Now I’m stuck with a useless item. However the Spanx equivalent I bought was amazing!

I placed an order for 13/2. I expected it to be made on 11/2 or 12/2 and sent to arrive for 13/2. I got an email that the cookie was with the courier on 10/2 to be delivered on 13/2. So this Cooke is already sat in the courier depot for 3 days prior to delivery.
customer service response is appalling too.

I buy squash from here that can’t get from supermarkets. Delivery is steep but I guess the parcel is heavy. Will use regularly.

We booked a scan because 3 nhs scans weren’t able to pick up a specific angle and due to time constraints etc, it was just to be accepted. I booked this scan to check this view and also meant my husband could come along as he hadn’t been able to come to either nhs growth scan due to Covid. The staff were lovely, kind and professional. The view was obtained straight away. The sonographer seemed very knowledgeable and answered lots of questions and included my husband. We felt more at ease following the scan and of course the images are great to cherish. It’s expensive compared to scans over in England but I’m glad we paid it for peace of mind

Delivery as expected. Great for the environment buying second hand (although obviously reference books can be quite old)

No issues with the order process the only reason I’ve given 4 stars is that the images on the travel mug I ordered aren’t very vivid.

Easy order great price great thank you cards. Was short 2 envelopes or over 2 cards; not sure, but not a real problem

We had a late flight, arriving at the car rental about 11pm, our Start Package bag was there waiting for us, so so convenient! The contents were perfect for us to make sandwiches etc when we arrived at our apartment. Used the cool bag for our day at the beach too. Would definitely recommend and use again

Shared this review after seeing all the bad reviews and worrying myself before my own delivery!

Got a reminder text from knowhow a few days before delivery. Checked on the website 23:00 the night before delivery and a 4hr slot had been allocated. Got a text confirming slot at 07:00 the morning of delivery.
Got a call 20 mins before they arrived.
First delivery driver came in, very pleasant, working out how to bring the fridge into the house (only single door width entry points). If it had just been him, I would've rated 5/5. The reason why I have only rated as 4/5 is the attitude of the other delivery driver. Miserable as hell, pulling his face when he realised there was no double door access to the house (I felt like I should have aplogised on behalf of the original developer for not thinking that in 30 years a future occupier might need to have a wide fridge delivered). And said he was going to have to remove the fridge doors as if this would cause the world to end. Then kicked a box out of the way rather than ask me to move it (just moved in).
I don't get the attitude of some delivery drivers. But 50% of the staff were great I suppose...

Overall happy with the delivery process and the staff in store.

I came across the website after google searching for a particular colour of wallpaper. I ordered 3 samples - quick delivery, followed by a purchase of one roll (small wall). Delivery timescales as promised. Good thick wallpaper, couple of small tears when trimming but that's probably down to me being inexperienced. Overall, very happy and will definitely use again

Used this website several times for bare minerals and Lancôme products. No problems will be using frequently
