Will be sat in courier depot, not fresh
I placed an order for 13/2. I expected it to be made on 11/2 or 12/2 and sent to arrive for 13/2. I got an email that the cookie was with the courier on 10/2 to be delivered on 13/2. So this Cooke is already sat in the courier depot for 3 days prior to delivery.
customer service response is appalling too.
