Came looking for a man's waffle…

Came looking for a man's waffle dressing gown and couldn't find them. looked at the section where the other dressing gowns were but nothing. However we were wanting towels and for some bizarre reason the men's waffle dressing gown were in the towel section it was only through sheer luck we found one please put them somewhere they may be noticed you might sell more

So disgusted at this store tonight in…

So disgusted at this store tonight in darlington. No staff on tills, had quite a full trolley and noone to help. The girl stood and watched us scan our shopping. if I had been on my own I'd have left the trolley and gone. The best of it was she opened a till for someone with about 4 items. I know it was eight o'clock, but if you have manned tills you shouldn't close them, and expect people to use self service. it's a disgrace!!! very annoyed!!!!

I got an A34 and it's the worst Samsung phone I've ever had the other phones I've had I've never broken a screen this one is awful I've had a screen replacement and the replacement isnt working properly either awful model very disappointed

Very impressed with their service

Very impressed with their service. visited their store on Saturday looking for navy sandals. Unfortunately they haf none in stock but they had a cream pair of sandals that I could try on and order in the navy. I was told they would take 3-5 working days but the lady said she'd put a rush on the order if she could as I needed them for a wedding on Saturday. True enough they came after only 3 working days fantastic work clinkards so happy

We got our mobiles delivered from them…

We got our mobiles delivered from them they're an absolute joke the parcel never comes when it's supposed to and today was an absolute joke. The delivery was expected on the 19th however I received a text today to say my delivery had been successful. I wasn't at home so when I got home I found a ripped delivery note saying the parcels were behind my black wheelie bin. I couldn't believe it. Its only fortunate that someone hadn't seen them being put there. Absolutely disgusted at the stupidity of whoever delivered it

A man called yesterday to give us a quote for a double glazed porch. However we didn't receive the quote, because he didn't measure anything. He said we had to do the measurements ourselves and give them To a woman on the phone.He wanted to come into my house in the middle of a pandemic, to show us a brochure even though he told us he only did one type of window.His attitude was disgraceful when I said I'd rather not have anyone in my house at this time, insisting he was covid free.im very disappointed in safestyle because from what I read thought I might have got a reasonable price from you

Got a call from virgin today offered me…

Got a call from virgin today offered me a deal which sounded really great however they made out the deal was for 18 months which was completely untrue and what they had actually offered was an extra on my original package this only showed up on the email detailing in the small print that the price was going up sky high in February. Absolutely disgusted with your service had to fight for you to put it back to my original price your company is a disgrace

If I could give no stars I would. I visited your shop on Saturday and there was a girl serving on the till.The shop had a queue and she came off the till to tell people to use the self service machines. This really winds me up I hate those machines and she could have got the queue down quicker if she had served people she might as well have gone home it's a joke

Never will I book with this company…

Never will I book with this company again totally disgusted with the lack of communication from them.my holiday was cancelled because of covid 19 and they didn't communicate once.tried ringing so many times before the holiday was due but constantly engaged then they didn't even give us a choice of a refund just sent us an evoucher. Thankfully the holiday was booked on a credit card so we contacted them and after 3 long months we were awarded a refund.However they still didn't get in touch it took a 3 hour long wait on a phone call for them to say they knew and had already revoked the voucher. Will certainly not win any awards for customer service. Absolutely DISGUSTING if I could give no stars I would

Sick of this supermarket at the minute…

Sick of this supermarket at the minute you either don't have any hot chickens, two hours before your store closes, or your staff are floating round the store not serving, and you have to serve yourself. might as well not be there. self service might save queues, but it will lose you customers too. disgusted.

terrible attitude

My carpet was ordered and paid for. The manager was very pushy, trying to get me to have extra things to bump my price up, to which I told her I just wanted the carpet. However I was told I had to pay 29 pound for delivery. I wasn't happy however and she said it was because they didn't have their own delivery men and I had to pay them on delivery of my carpet. I went home and rang the shop the next day and asked if I could get my fitter to pick the carpet up instead however apparently the carpet is coming from Seaham not darlington and she said yes he can if he goes to Seaham for it I was disgusted at the attitude of the lady, and told her I wanted to cancel my order then and get my money back,.to which she replied that it was too late the carpet had been cut already. I find this hard to believe as I can't have my carpet until the 19th
