We have used Safestyle windows before so they were the first I called when our back door needed replacing. Charley was polite and honest and talked through all the options. Happy with the service.
Had door and windows fitted. A few years back. The bad workmanship is not obvious immediately.
Shoddy work & unfinished trim. Window sill ends left open, window upper cladding not replaced and can see marks and remnant adhesive of previous unreplaced cladding. The white chaulk around door & windows goes black & fungicidal within days. I would advise you not to use this company.

Charlie was very polite and thorough. He made sure we could get the best possible door within our budget. He went above and beyond to meet our needs with a very complicated door.

A very polite friendly young man from Safestyle introduced himself and gave us alot of information regarding their product. We have gone ahead with a order for front door because of this.

Despite long delays in processing our order for new patio doors the final product is great. Darren did an excellent job in rapidly removing the old doors and fitting the new ones swiftly and efficiently. He provided clear explanation about locking mechanisms and maintenance. His attention to detail was excellent and he ensured everything was clean and tidy when he left, removing all debris. Six weeks on and we’re still thrilled by the much improved view and easy opening of the doors.

The representative SafeStyle sent to my home, Charlie, was amazing. He exhibited a strong knowledge of his products and was extremely professional but also engaging. He listened to my needs and provided a product that would work for me. I felt he listened, which is rare these days. Thank you Charlie!

I had an appointment scheduled with a company representative, which was initially canceled by phone and rescheduled for another day. On Sunday, I received a call from the same representative to confirm the appointment for the following day. During this call, the representative was extremely unprofessional — he questioned why he was coming, and when I expressed confusion, he became rude and raised his voice, saying, “I don’t need this on a Sunday morning.” He then abruptly stated that he was canceling the appointment and ended the call. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

I would STRONGLY recommend you do not use this company!
After nearly 3 years since the installation, we continue to find problems. Sub contractor cowboys which Safestyle let loose on our home, left us with multiple issues on every door and window. The insurance policy is worth about as much as toilet paper! Communication, product and workmanship were all beyond poor. Worst decision we made going with this company. Still unsure how they can be trading under a new name.
Go elsewhere and give your money to a company that cares about customer service and quality!
This review has been a work in progress as we fix issues with gaps in windows and doors, cracking walls, windows not locking, windows buckling etc etc etc!
We are currently over £4.5 k additional costs to out their work right after paying over £11k in full on the installation.
Do not use Safestyle.

The guy that turned up to quote us was actually really friendly and polite. What we didn’t appreciate were the hard 1980s style sales tactics!
After a lot of chat about what we wanted we heard ALOT about the company, the windows, how they’re made, frankly it was all a bit in depth and dragged on, it felt like school. The part that annoyed us was the pricing. It started at £12,000 (come on it was never gonna be that price, that’s just here to make you feel like you’ve got a real good discount)!.
After adding some discount codes we still weren’t happy with the price, a lot more than other quotes we’d had. So he made some kind of embarrassing ‘fake phone call’ to the manager to get another code…..lucky us he got it!! Still WAAAY to high so he said they could use our bungalow as a promotional home and maybe he could secure us another discount based on this, another embarrassing phone call reduced the amount to £7k.
We said we really needed to think about it for a day or so…..this was met with a firm ‘No’. He needed the answer now otherwise the offer would be taken away! £7k is a lot of money to us, we weren’t prepared to part with that easily and would have appreciated time to think. We were then badgered into having the windows on credit and told we could pay £250 per month!!! We’d explained several times we didn’t want credit, but the subject kept coming up and was pushed heavily!
After we refused and said we weren’t comfortable he actually made a phone call in front of us to his manager to say we’d refused his offer…..another selling tactic well known to make you feel uncomfortable! Didn’t work!
He then told us he’d never had anybody refuse such an offer and practically begged us not to use a small local firm!
Yes the windows they sell look amazing quality, but the hard sell is absolutely appalling and insults my intelligence.
We were actually thinking about using safestyle and had they not demanded to know the answer immediately we’d have probably said yes!
We’ve now found a great little company who’s top quality/no hard sell, and a lot cheaper!
Please avoid these cowboys, if they’re so good at what they do when why are they resorting to bully boy tactics!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
A lot of the good reviews here are praising the sales and ordering process and not the actual installation, product and aftercare.
I had all my windows replaced by Safestyle in 2023. Please read my review from Oct 15 2023. It was such a botch job- vandalism in fact and I had to go through a lengthy process to recover the cost of having the whole job re-done. They caused permanent damage to my home that is still needing repair.
1. If you do decide to use this company, please pay for it on a credit card so you’re covered for claims. There’s a high chance you’ll need to do this unfortunately. If you pay cash/ debit card you’re not covered at all as this company will ignore you the day after you pay or the installation is done.
2. Please people, stop skewing the ratings here by writing good reviews because the salesman was polite. People need/ want to know if they’re going to be spending thousands of hard-earned pounds on faulty products that will be badly installed and then ignored by the company when they try to get help.

I had a visit today from Mustafa. Very helpful. I asked for a quote to replace the front door, within minutes he gave me the best option that fits my front porch door.
Highly recommend this company.

I do not recommend the company Safe Style. They do not treat customers seriously and are unreliable – they make an appointment for the afternoon but show up in the morning instead. We were sold factory-damaged doors (which made loud noises when the temperature changed). The doors were also installed incorrectly and unevenly. This caused us a lot of stress and frustration, and it seems that some of their workers have no experience at all. After several months, they finally replaced the doors with new ones. I do not recommend this company.

Excellent service from enquiry to purchase of a new front door. Charlie listened and tailored a product required with ease and in less than hour due to time restraints with work. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an efficient but thorough purchase based in the Kent area.

Our experience with safety-windows was excellent. Charlie came to see us and first impression was that he was very courteous and polite he went through all the options for us to view also taking on board our needs and opinions and going through in great depth about how the product that we were looking to buy and how its put together Charlie was very knowledgeable he told us he had only been working for safestyl for a short time but you would never have known he was very professional so my thanks to safestyl and a big thank you to Charlie we hope you continue to do well.

A very engaging salesman, Charlie went through all aspects of the process thoroughly to ensure we could make the best choice for us. He went through our options, including designs, materials, and managed our expectations well. Charlie went out of his way to secure a great price for us.
The main factors for us in choosing Safestyle were quality, price, design environmental issues and manufacture in the UK was an added bonus.

James is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable experts I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. He listened to what we were after, gave suitable recommendations and helped us to get a great deal. I would absolutely recommend James and Safestyle to anyone and it was a pleasurable experience. Thank you very much for helping us to find our door and for not pushing any sales, it felt like no stress at all!

I arranged for someone to come out and give us a quote for a new front door which got cancelled due to illness - I was contacted and informed so had no issue with this. The man on the phone suggested rescheduling for the coming Saturday which was fine. Waited in on Saturday and nobody turned up so I called Safe style. The lady on the phone was very apologetic and said she’d contact my local branch and get them to call me about it. 4 days later and still no phone call so looks like I won’t even be getting a quote! Very unreliable and poor customer service, not what I’d expect from such a large company

It’s unbelievable that some replacement window companies are still using 1980s-style sales tactics – high-pressure pitches, staged “manager calls,” and miscommunication about products. Safestyle’s rep arrived without the product I’d requested, made an incorrect claim about colour options for a bespoke window, then backtracked after phoning the office. I cancelled the same day, yet despite UK law requiring refunds within 14 days, their vague contract wording lets them drag it out for nearly a month while retention teams pester you – including repeated calls and even an uninvited Saturday morning visit to my home. Nearly three weeks later I’m still waiting for my £3,470 deposit. If they weren’t so appalling, they wouldn’t need a retention team.
