All the staff were very helpful with the exception of reception and guest services, including the manager who said my complains were not registered on the system so I said it was a waste of time talking to reception.
The food in Jiva Beach Resort was very good.
Our room No. 562 was tired. The bedroom had been freshly painted (badly) and the bathroom had no storage. My husband has a stoma and therefore extra equipment is required and therewas nowhere but the floor to put it which was not acceptable. The hotel provided a chair which made it impossible to move in the bathroom. I moved a small stool under the sink. The room needed painting. The pipe dispensing the liquid soap into the sink constantly dripped until it broke near the end of our holiday. It was never mended. The lock on the patio door to our swim up terrace was also broken and never mended.
The towels were very thin and on their last legs.
We did not have a chaise longue or a table in the room as did the adjacent rooms. There was loud thumping music played round the pool outside our room all day and ever other night there was a live band and we felt like we were back stage as the stage was outside our terrace. You could not hear yourself speak sitting on the terrace.

The items arrived in good time but the…

The items arrived in good time but the packaging left a lot to be desired. You have changed to paper bags and when my parcel arrived it was completely open at the top and half open down one side. fortunately the two items were still inside. I had ordered two different sizes so had to return one which was easy enough once I found out you do not put delivery notes in your packaging.

Freezer broken so quick delivery…

Freezer broken so quick delivery important. Paid for next day delivery, installation and disposal of old freezer. Delivery OK, Disposal OK. However "installation" was simply placing it in the garage roughly where we wanted it it. Not fully in place as there were two easily movable obstacles hanging on the wall behind it. Not levelled. Protective packing not removed.
