Two of the items were as ordered, however, the third item - an evening dress - was marked as size 10 but we think it is an 8. It, therefore, needed to be returned but there was no paperwork in the parcel. I have had to contact Quiz twice as to how I return the parcel with no paperwork and on the second occasion was told that this would be posted to me. I am now waiting.
