Received damaged merchandise and they…

Received damaged merchandise and they will not give us a refund unless they process the whole thing through warranty (which tales months) and now they claim we needed to purchase the new item through them which we did not as I found a different vendor who said if the item didn't work we just send it back with no hassle!!!!!!

Empty Package

I received an empty package and they refused to refund me! PayPal stepped up instead! I will NEVER purchase from this site again! BTW...they get an F from the Better Business Bureau! PS. I believe that many of the positive reviews are AI!

Look brand new

I have had 4 Cartiers and a Tudor polished and repaired by Watch Art Exchange and Simon went above and beyond with service. They all look brand new! I am completely impressed and will be a lifetime customer!
PS. I am sorry for the fella who lost his Swiss watch but, I can assure you that the Post Office lost it. They have lost several of my packages and I refuse to send anything of value through them and they always claim that they delivered it.

Always a nice selection and great packaging. Unfortunately, though the item is new...it looks like there was a manufacturing defect as the sides of the front flap are buckled. This should have been mentioned in the description. I have returned the item.
