Ordered September 1 was supposed to ship September 18 then it was supposed to ship in one to two weeks then it was supposed to ship on October 2 now it’s supposed to ship in one to two weeks. I leave this residence November 1 so if I don’t receive the product in October, I can no longer receive the product. I will need a full refund. You have not lived up to your order responsibilities.

I placed an order with Grayson Living on June 27th, believing I was dealing with a reputable home furnishings company. Four months later, on September 22nd, I have received the incorrect merchandise and have endured a shipping nightmare that perfectly illustrates this company's utter incompetence.
The estimated ship date for my two Four Hands artwork pieces was August 14th, a timeline that was confidently confirmed by a Grayson Living email on July 29th. The constant delays and conflicting updates that followed demonstrate a total lack of internal communication and quality control.
August 23rd: I had to initiate contact because I never received tracking information.
August 26th: Grayson Living responds with the lie that my order was "ready for shipment" and they were just "waiting on tracking details."
September 5th: After more silence, I called for an update. The phone agent had no tracking info and, contrary to the email, could not confirm if the order was even complete.September 7th: Another confusing email arrives, claiming the carrier "was unable to pickup" my already-produced order and that a new delivery attempt would be made in 1-2 weeks.
September 15th: A glimmer of hope with an email stating the shipment was "on the way."
September 22nd: The order finally arrives, four months after my purchase and well past the original estimated date. The climax of this unbelievable ordeal? It was the wrong shipment.
This is not a story of a minor delay; it is a case study in systemic failure. Grayson Living's team demonstrated a complete inability to track, communicate, or verify their own orders. From false confirmations to conflicting information between their email and phone support, the process was nothing short of a bait-and-switch. To wait 90+ days only to receive a completely incorrect order is an insult to the customer and a clear indicator that this company does not respect its patrons or its own business operations Do not be fooled by their seemingly high-end website. The back-end support is a disorganized disaster that will waste your time and leave you empty-handed—or in my case, with someone else's expensive merchandise. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

This is my third major purchase from Grayson Living. I have consistently found their prices to be significantly less than Perigold for the same pieces, to the point I have deleted my Perigold app, and will only use Grayson going forward. And, they allow you to make a price offer as well, and respond quickly. Their furniture is high quality, and everything I have ordered has arrived with premium packaging to prevent damage. I have had standard delivery for some pieces, and white glove delivery for heavy pieces. Their delivery team is outstanding, their furniture brands are all top notch and beautiful.

Received my table with defects, submitted a claim, and received a response that it was a manufactured defect that is supposed to be there asked if I could return the table for something different because of this and let me onto to believe that this is possible than once, I selected the table said I had to pay shipping fees to return the table as well as a 35% restocking fee which essentially makes it not worth it. They did refund me a small about but overall not satisfied with the resolution. Disappointed as the table has several large holes in it where the screws are visible, food and junk will get caught. Wish I never tried giving this company a chance. They also wasted my time by leading me to believe they would provide good customer service and exchange the table, I selected another by four hands thinking it would make it easier to return this one. Look elsewhere before ordering from them, they are essentially just a broker and other companies sell the same thing and take returns.
Grayson livings response is still not satisfactory, antique distressing vs a row of holes, the other holes on the table do not match this. There is a difference.
