my experience

The installation took 5 hours and the young man worked very hard. However, I was surprised that the cable was just trailing on my drive with no hook to hang it on

Eon made it easy for me to understand all that I needed to. The electrician that fitted the EV charge point worked very hard and was pleasant and polite

Honda at Cheshire Oaks

I visited Honda at Cheshire Oaks for my annual service and MOT which I subscribe to monthly. In the list of recommendations they claimed my front brake pads were 60% worn and needed replacing (cost £207.67). I had actually had this work done at an independent garage only 6 weeks previously. I returned the garage who had done the work (cost £96) and they showed me the brake pads are indeed new and are not worn at all. This made me query all the other 'recommendations', including the 2 new tyres I had to pay for to get the MOT. I have no proof but feel very upset at the deliberate attempt to get me to pay for work that doesn't need doing. I emailed the showroom but had no reply. I tried to ring them, no reply

No stress

We had 2 journeys - one from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport a couple of days later. The driver was at the airport when we landed with a clearly marked sign so we could find him. He was called Damien and was extremely helpful to our group. The return driver, Kevin, was equally helpful and pleasant. Thank you

No problems whatsoever

This company was easy to deal with. They listened to the needs of the group who were hiring the minibus and were very helpful. The minibus arrived on time both at pick up and collection a week later. No problems whatsoever.

Jet2 - the way to go

Jet2 are clearly working hard to make booking flights simple. It can be quite a stressful thing to do, but I felt this had been pre-empted.
Also delighted they are now flying from Liverpool John Lennon Airport

Tasty & Convenient

Very tasty meal and very convenient with long dates and being able to keep in the store cupboard. As a personal preference, I would like the gravy a little less watery

Felt I had been conned

I had already decided on the sofa bed I wanted but when the purchase was complete the price seemed to have increased. On querying it with the salesman he realised there were some errors. After some time, I signed the agreement - which was on an iPad so I couldn't see the whole invoice. I was assured this would be emailed to me. It was. Added on were 4 gliders at £10 each which, at no time had been mentioned during the purchase. I probably would have wanted these anyway but felt conned by the underhand way it was dealt with

Attentive staff

Been to buy a sofa -bed at the Bromborough store today. I had visited a couple of weeks ago to view them and had already made the decision. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the individual attention I received and the knowledge of the Salesman, Morgan Dennis.
