new silly season layout is hopeless

new silly season layout is hopeless. Same old games so why bother. Site constantly freezes and you have to go back to main title and chase the game you want down the list. The game never follows on it just keeps trying to reload.

Terrible Service

2 text messages telling me delivery 12.25 - 3.25 and of course they tried to deliver at 11am when I was out. Could have txt updated delivery slot but no! So goes back to a depot 20 miles away. Could have left it at our town's sorting office but no thats too sensible. So it ruins another day tomorrow. They don't deserve the business. Plus 35 minute wait on phone can only assume they were busy with complaints

jazzy glitzy mess of a website

well what used to be so good, simple and easy is just one trashy mess now. Nothing is straightforward. They are more interested in making it jazzy, glitzy and dumb. Nothing user friendly about it. I daren't move off my playlists in case I can't get bacl to them without going all round the houses ten times.

Skipton depressing messy store and cafe

visited Morrisons Skipton this afternoon. The cafe drinks were disgusting and what a messy layout in the store. Stuff here there and everywhere. There's no logic to it. Its bleak and miserable and in need of a bit of TLC.
If they'd fullfilled my online order properly I woudn't have had to go!

item left in rain and said it was handed to me!!

Driver left my electrical item on my doorstep in the pouring rain. I never heard him knock on my door but was alert for driver coming. So it was out all night in the rain.
Said he handed it to resident, well he jolly well didn't. Hoping said item works. Customer service choices are well worded in their favour

scandalous charges by this inefficient greedy top heavy company. For a single person who is very thrifty with usage I seem to incur an awful lot of fees! Are you starting to penalise for under usage!

Google deserves to die out and the sooner the better

Google never listens to their customers. Its become like a behemoth that doesn't know its arse from its elbow.
Dire service for the UK. Search results that don't relate to anything in particular except american rubbish. Tools used to have UK search but you have to seek it out in advanced search now. What a palaver. Google help no help at all and they are not interested in providing a good service.

Patient Transport Service is Discontinued As Of Now

As of now. Be warned, before the soon to be defunct nhs England leaves the scene of play their swan song is removing all Patient Transport for outpatients. Elderly and or disabled being their prime target it seems. They are passing the buck to taxi services. You pay of course but the taxi driver is untrained in patient care and it shoud not be their responsibility.
Labour sneaked that on in quietly.
It seems only the fittest will make it to hospital

still waiting for signal to be reinstated o2. Hope I'm going to be reimbursed for lack of service over the last 2 weeks. No updates lately.
They seem to think it fair to keep charging for providing no service. I call that stealing and criminal. No one can be without a phone connection these days.

No service yet again

No service yet again! I rely on my mobile phone for help being disabled. Loss of signal happens time and time again. I live in a town near the mast. Coverage in our town is abysmal but then the mast breaks down all together. Not good enough. If they can't provide the service we pay for they should sell to someone who can run it competently. And they want us to get rid of landlines!!

Website needs updating to what they are currently doing in store.
The link to cafe offers shows nothing is on offer.
Text is in teeny weeny writing so very hard to read without a magnifying glass and thats on a full screen desktop. All a bit amateurish yet.

If they (Skipton Store) allow me to comment on items I have purchased I will give them a better rating.
So I will say here B E Gluten Free Fish fillets ate one threw the other away - awful.
Genius Scotch pancakes ate one awful threw the rest away.

Dreadful service from this Behemoth

Dreadful service. Hopelessly complicated website and phone service. Typical Government department set out to confuse and hope you just give up and go away. They desperately need sorting out just like the nhs its become a behemoth. The 4th person I got to speak to after the long convoluted automated messages was actually quite helpful but a whole afternoon of my precious life wasted. Not informed by hmrc that my tax code had changed found out by chance. Any benefit i got from state pension increase wiped off. I will end up with less than i had before which is not a lot to survive on in my dotage
