Very lovely show room, everything available for seeing and trying out, sales staff were both lovely, I didn't catch the guys name but Chloe howse was very patient and kind with me , good job to all who work there 👍🏻😁 5⭐

Cherelle is an amazing customer service person!!!👍😁

Cherelle has clearly helped me today while I was stranded 20 miles from home,she went above and beyond her abilities to help me,after the 2 previous customer reps ,were sour and "unable" to help me , she was a ray of sunshine in my hour of need and I'm totally in debted to her help,thank you so much Cherelle 👍❤️

Awful company of scams! Don't help even when you have paid your premiums!!!!

They offer to get you into a scan or specialist within 3weeks if you have a referral letter BUT won't refer you if it's an ongoing problem......which in my case it kinda was BUT they wanted me to be seen by geaynecology now and have a scan below which I have not had,and was referred with my letter FROM my doctor!!!! so if you are expecting help if it's anything serious or troublesome,don't bother, even their g.p's can't prescribe,so all you are paying £25 a month for is a chat with a g.p and access to a mental health team(which again won't be an actual team, probably just 1 councillor listening to you) if there were a choice to put "naughty stars" I would of!!!!!! I now have a different medical insurance,yes it's £85 a month, BUT I have access to everything,scans, specialists, operations,travel costs,hotel stays if need be,private room hospitals,AN HONEST COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!👍.
And for the record,I followed all the protocols and policies when I put my referral letter in and it came back and said " on this occasion we will have to disregard your claim and referral,sorry for any inconvenience caused"!!!!!!!

We’d like to clarify our diagnostic referral process. Our goal is to provide timely assistance for diagnostic consultations and tests when NHS wait times are lengthy. There’s no need to wait three weeks before getting in touch with us; we just need an estimate of your NHS wait time. If this meets our requirements, we’ll then ask for your referral documentation. We aim to promptly process your referral letter within five working days.

Regarding prescriptions, our GP advice line is here to help. While they can prescribe some medications, please note that any prescriptions would be private and not covered by the monthly membership fee. As a mutual not-for-profit organisation, there are limitations to what we can offer, which are detailed in our guide to services and the cover which you can access here: www.benenden.co.uk/media/9490/your-guide-to-benenden-healthcare_may24.pdf.

To help us address your issues in more detail, we kindly ask you to reach out to our friendly member services team on 0300 304 5700 (lines open 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri, excludes Bank Holidays).

Contacted them on 3 occasions by online chat and emails about struggling to pay and received no correspondence,now have my bill gone to a debt collection, not really "caring" and " for the people" and best "customer service" are we now
