Just heard from DPD Harpreet now says he refused to deliver parcel as aggressive do lives on property. The dog is lock inside the house and is kept there whilst we go to delivery drivers. His first try was that no one was in. Swati said it would be delivered this afternoon but then Aurelija said that driver refused to return. Also told by Swati that manager would ring back in 2 hours - another lie as I have just been told no managers are in.
DPD clearly built on lies and not customer service. Don’t really deserve one star so I have to take more time off to wait in again! The answer comes back we are sorry!

Waited for driver Harpreet and told I had missed him but working in front garden according to DPD was within 74 yards but clearly lied no picture or anything. Another DPD driver delivered this morning no issues you clearly have someone here that lies and makes DPD look bad this is appalling 15503072073298 Don’t use DPD they are unreliable

Howe tools fantastic service but let down by one DPD driver who drove at my wife and refused to deliver on day saying initially we weren’t in.
Howe tools did all they could to resolve and would recommend them but use the dhl option for delivery

Ordered 6/8/25 Thursday in the morning by 13/8 nothing from company but they had taken the money. No correspondence from them as to any issues. Clearly states on the website dispatched 24/48 hours (not the case!) Finally arrived 14/8 at 7pm. Company not interested in this despite taking monies before goods are dispatched. Indeed they said they did not have in stock so they had to order. what a sham. You are funding their business to buy the stock as evidenced here.

Beware no one accepts responsibility at MB UK Ltd or Sandown Guildford ltd
Service plan debited to my account instead of my wife’s. Queried after a few months to be told all okay. Complaint to MBUk Ltd in July it’s dealer issue even though they process the d/d’s. MBBS Sandown Guildford Ltd gave the wrong details for renewal even though she had an existing plan. My account debited taken MB ukLtd over a month to refund money but nothing for error or financial charges I have incurred. Both MB uk ltd and MB Sandown Guildford wash their hands and don’t want to pay for their errors. Is this Metro be a premium brand? Clearly not and expect customers to foot the bill for their incompetence. Do I nw trust MB UK Ltd NO do I trust the dealer NO I wonder why!
They Have not even refunded all the money they promised either. They decided to reduce the amount without telling me and take this months payment. Beware the don’t seem to account to anybody!!

Had issue with service plan financially cost me money due to Sandown Mercedes Guildford error but MB Uk Ltd not interested and refunding monies 6 months after error even queried early on to be told by MBUK Ltd all was correct and Sandown saying it’s MB Uk Ltd
You can’t trust them MB Guildford even to tell MB Uk the right details and if you loose money or incur charges no one MB UK Ltd or Sandown Mercedes are interested. Buyer beware you incur all the hassle and MB & dealership wash their hands. Compensation £0 refund of charges £0 trust in MB nil. So much for a premium
The management team contacted prior to MB UK Ltd refusing to refund my costs stating it’s not there problem. MB Sandown state it’s not theirs either despite them making the error. Just highlights the only thing they are interested in are paying customers and not complaints.

Advised Delivery yesterday and 10 mins before hand it was cancelled. This is not the first time not even an attempt made to deliver. Worst courier company out there now not using a good company who supply tools because of them Allegedly being delivered today! who knows 10 minutes beforehand will not doubt get cancelled
