Travelled 150 miles to look at AO17AOD…

Travelled 150 miles to look at AO17AOD with my daughter. Very clever pictures as drivers side front wing dented in 4 places all 10mm dents deep. all wheels badly kerbed. PSF bumper clearly by running lights clearly hit something as no paint left down to bumper colour. Dent over filler cap. Despite being told full dealer service history it is not and the first service is missing only twice been serviced by Volvo then independent. Tear in rear leather seat and big scratches on door cover by window>There are scratches on drivers door too and numerous other marks including chunk out of rear bumper on Passenger rear! I don't think you would sell this on site privately and would need bumper and front wing repaired sprayed along with rear bumper. Would never pay £18,300 for an appalling condition presented vehicle

We would like to address the cosmetic issues. Although our vehicles are for sale when on the forecourt, they are not fully prepared and ready to take away. They have been safety checked and made ready for customers to test drive. There may be flaws in the condition, however, if this was discussed with a Sales Executive and authorised by a Manager we could have rectified the issues raised.

Regarding the service history, we have spoken with the Sales Team member who informed us that she stated the vehicle had a service history, not full as you have stated the vehicle is missing the first service, however, it does have a very good part history with 5 out of 6 services being completed, 3 of those being at the main dealer.

One of our Managers did call to discuss this with you and left a message with the number we had on file.

Once again, our apologies that the car was not up to your standards at the time of viewing.

Driver said he had tried to deliver but did not as we were in. Third time now just evidences that the are an appalling courier company will now not buy from anyone that uses EVRI worst in the country

First Class highly recommended

Just spent a week training with Paul Andrews instructor and Tom. Great teamwork all week and thoroughly enjoyable. Paul is a fantastic teacher and despite never having driven an HGV before I passed first time. I could not recommend EP highly enough and all the other instructors I met were great too. Also want to mention Chris for his encouraging comments!

Went to Guildford Store to trade in Lap…

Went to Guildford Store to trade in Lap top - not able to do this as there system is not working (has not been for 7 days) Nothing they could do not even allowed to speak to a manager. Sales staff very helpful counter staff unhelpful - find a better store. Seems that customer service is secondary in Guildford

EXTREME CAUTION - ALL the NEGATIVE REVIEWS APPEAR CORRECT

Everything going well at start and very helpful. Paid money in advance and then two days before the four week boarding they wanted to change the dates. Could not make there dates and made a mess of our personal plans so cancelled. Told refund would be within 14 days - not happened - phoned so many times and no one answers - after on line chat and threatening county court action I get a response form Anabela -helpful but not in position of power so can only empathise. Issued court letter to protect my position and avoid further delays Finally monies returned 2/8 first paid out in June!
Will never USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES Or RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Purchase of vehicle and issues

Salesman @ Guildford over promised and under delivered on two occasions. First issue resolved amicably. Mats meant to be in car and highlighted this on test drive. Told they would be ordered and available the next week. Sadly lied to as only ordered one week later (salesman stated they were ordered parts confirmed the actual date) so another week without the mats that were supposed to be there.
Only saving grace for this dealership is there car servicing department that is excellent that I have used for years.
The sales executive said they were a premium garage not so sure on the sales front need some basic Customerservice training.

Poor service no where to ring without being ripped off. They do not collect or deliver when they say they will.
Overall use another reliable courier is the best advice
