Useless WiFi in Fosse Park Currys

Trying to buy a vacuum cleaner using Creation proved very difficult when the WiFi in you Fosse Park store is so poor and intermittent. 20 mins trying to get a connection.

Non arrival of coach and no communication…

Non arrival of coach with no communication after being told it was an hour late. I waited two hours then even staff could not access this coach on tracker systems. Family concerned about me (at 73 years old) could find no information and no calls were being answered. It seemed all communication closed after 8pm. I gave up and sought accommodation and a family member had to come and collect me tge following day as I couldnt trust the coach the next day. Awaiting a response about compensation after my complaint.

Thank you for your feedback, and sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused. I appreciate that delays can be an inconvenience when travelling, and we do our best to keep these services on schedule. However, heavy traffic, road closures and accidents are circumstances that we can not predict in advance and will depend on the day of travel.

New boiler fitting seamless

Whole process from start to end was seamless. Items arrived early morning , Andrei, the engineer arrived on time and worked efficently and cleanly fitting the new boiler. He explained what he was doing and where there were options talked us through what these were. The only issue was getting the Hive system working and a call to Hive while the engineer was there sorted the issue

The whole process from beginning to end…

The whole process from beginning to end was trouble free. From the Homeserve claim when our boiler could not be repaired to the final cleaning up after the job had been completed it worked extremely well. Fast service and appointment times worked well. Engineers and parts arrived around 7am. The engineer, Andrei, was excellent and worked until late afternoon finishing the job. Each stage he explained what was being done. We had problems with the HIVE app but a quick call (10 min wait) to HIVE got the problem sorted. Will definitely recommend

Camera freezes

I bought my 522 in Jan. since then the camera has frozen 3 times and the the only way to get it working again is to do a factory reset. I’m using a nextbase SD card. The camera has now locked up totally while trying to update Firmware. Called the helpline - answered in 1 min and the lady, I think Joanne, was very patient with me to solve the problem. Take out SD card and restart with unit attached to power supply. Excellent support. Thank you

It took over 4 days to get a response having started a chat. This method of communication only works if you get through gi domeone straight away. I'm not sitting at a computer screen for 4 days waiting for a contact.
