AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I would rate this company zero stars if I could. I am forced to pay a service charge for my house however I have had a leak in my roof since I reported it in July, I have emailed and contacted the company and no one has come out to fix it. My roof is now leaking inside and mould is growing on the walls and still my repair request is being ignored. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolute disgrace

This company is an absolute disgrace! They need investigating ASAP. My mother in law moved into her apartment to be mortgage free and Kingston property service manage the property.

In her first year there (2023) she was paying £61 per month now in 2025 they are trying to charge her £277 with an additional cost (because they actually "carried out" some work) taking her cost to over £300 a month!!!

This is now more than her mortgage she was paying on her 3 bedroom home!

I don't get how this company can be allowed to do it! The stress they are causing for my mother in law is hard to see and they don't care, just bleeding her dry!

She has the property up for sale, the apartment she fell in love with, now being forced out of it by this shamboliic, disgraceful company!

How do we take this further? From reading these reviews they have done this to lots of others! Lets take action against these robbing bastards!

One star too many for this review! DISGRACE!!!!!

However, any works carried out by contractors at the development are of course paid for through the service charge. Charges are issued each year, which outline the costs that leaseholders are paying. New Management Role

Since taking over from Helen, I have found Kiran to be easy to deal with and her responses to the matters I have raised first rate. From my experience it is never easy taking on a new management role, but Kiran has done it with a minimum of fuss.

⛔️ Avoid ⛔️

If I could give zero stars, I would. KPS is without doubt the most disgraceful, unprofessional, and money-grabbing company I’ve ever come across. Repairs are ignored, services are non-existent, and residents are left living in unsafe and unacceptable conditions while they continue to take hundreds in service charges.

This company should be investigated for how it treats occupants. They are not managing — they are robbing.
Avoid at all costs.

Months of ignoring me and not answering my queries, yet somehow you think you can pretend to care now? Your company isn’t just incompetent—it’s a disgrace, a joke, and an insult to anyone who ever trusted you.

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off, its like organised crime made legal, all these house owners on new estates paying one company to cut a bit of grass because the council wont do it, why do we pay council tax ?????

If I could give 0 stars I would!
This is the second time I've been passed across to a solicitor now lol.
This company is absolutely terrible, no idea how its still running.
I never get a invoice or any communication from them at all, my account actually says "upto date" this is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

Kingston property charges

Kingston property charge for maintenance for an entrance gate at Cromwell court . But here’s the the thing one tennant has the re property up for sale with secure parking !
Problem being for the last two years the secure gates wil be lucky to have worked two or three months ! You guessed it Kingston property still take itemised costs off each year & not repairing - no rebate . As well as bumping charges up by 35% the last two years .

This the first time I have rated this company as have only just become a client. I tried to register with them on line using the instructions it contained but had no success. I phoned them and it took a few minutes for them to sort out. I was sent an email and registered via that. Apparently as they did not have me email address was what was preventing me from using the portal.

This company charges more and more each…

This company charges more and more each year to “manage” the communal areas on our estate. All they do is cut the grass, and they do this badly. We have ragwort growing on grassed communal areas which legally has to be pulled up, yet all they do is mow it down with the rest of the grass. An absolute waste of space/oxygen/time. If you buy a new build and these people are the designated management company do yourself a favour and run away, you’ll be sucked in to a contract that will probably put off anyone ever buying your property if you come to sell. If I could give zero stars that would still be too much.

Excellent working with Kiran Singh

We have been working with Kiran Singh, who has been assisting us in managing a residential block comprising approximately 30 apartments. Kiran has been a breath of fresh air and is always responsive, efficient, and professional. She does what she says she will do, and she ensures timely responses, which greatly reduce the amount of "chasing things up" that we have to do. Brilliant work, Kiran. Keep it up!

Payment portal

I called today for support in activating the online payment portal and understanding the billing. Dany was excellent, she explained everything very clearly and got me up and running in no time. Brilliant, friendly, best customer experience, thank you to Dany , you made everything quick and simple, you are a credit to the company you work for .
