Time wasters

They want you to send them lots of proof to show where your money has come from. When you send them proof then they want more proof. They only seem to ask for proof of funds on joint accounts. I do not think that they have a clue with what they are doing.

I got some distance glasses for £13

I got some distance glasses for £13. So far Very good.
You have to make sure that you see the small print at the bottom of the page when choosing extras because you can then skip to basic lenses. They would have been 5 star other than this problem. But definitely better than select specs.

They advertise £6 a pair but I ended up…

They advertise £6 a pair but I ended up Paying £21 for the cheapest deal that they had. The glasses that I bought look good but they scratch my ears. I will probably throw them away. You cannot get spectacles for £6 due to their minimum order so you have to upgrade or buy 2 pairs etc. Then they add on a high cost for delivery. I looked at their site to make a complaint but could not find anywhere to contact them. I do not like time wasters.

I have checked your order placed on the 5th June. I note this included a £6 frame and your prescription was available for our free single vision basic lenses, however, I can see that you chose to upgrade to our Regular lenses with an anti-reflection coating for an extra £10. The total cost of your order was under £22 including delivery.

Your order was delivered to you on the 14th June by standard mail.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us to return for an exchange or refund.

At the current time, there doesn't appear to be any issues from our side that would result in a negative review.

Ride too hard

Why have they started making the new mini with such low profile tyres. Such an uncomfortable ride. It stops us from using the car as much as we would like to. It's all fur coat and no knickers. Much prefer the pre. 2024 model.

The last 2 times that I phoned Zopa the people could not speak English. I have used other foreign call centers before successfully, but Zopa must be doing it on the cheap.

Unlike most banks you cannot do things…

Unlike most banks you cannot do things online and so you have to phone them. Because of this they are too busy to answer the phone and put you on hold for 10 mins. Why can't they just make a better website. All I wanted was a tax interest statement. Other banks do this better

What a pity their customer service is…

What a pity their customer service is so bad when they have consistently good savings rates. Maybe they are just too small to be a bank. Their staff try to be helpful but have not been trained properly. Very difficult to open an account. They said that I could not transfer my ISA from Zopa, but this info was wrong. They are over fussy about I.D. They need to try to open an account with Ford money and see how hard it is.

My isa is stuck with zopa

My isa is stuck with zopa. Do not use this bank. Very hard to contact. When you do contact them you get cut off. They use overseas call centers. They used to be very good but now thy are terrible.
