Good service and VFM - top class

This is an update to the review (B) below.
(A) Bought a refurbished phone for about 370 quid. Dropped it and broke the screen before I had a chance to fit the protective screen. My fault entirely.
Sent it back and asked for a repair quote. Immediate response with a quote of 270 (cheaper than anywhere else I could find). Gave them the go ahead and they responded within a day saying it could not be repaired so they sent me another which is just as good as the one I bought initially.
As a matter of interest I also checked their company report and they also make a profit while also donating 20 million to charity.

(B) Another first from a telecom company. I changed my data plan (Goodybag) for £20 per month to £15 per month. Within minutes I had feedback suggesting that the £10 per month plan would be more appropriate for my usage. Remarkable company.

Good service and VFM. And here is a first - the first telecom company that has ever given me a refund without asking. I selected the wrong methodology I topped up instead of moving my Goody Bag forward.
