Incorrect order and no response to emails
Order for 2 products came over 2 weeks after placing the order, with 1 incorrect item. I have tried to email the company with no response. Fortunately was not high value. No communication stating order would be late or take this long.

No issues - excellent information
Booked hotel for a week which was significantly cheaper than other websites which made me a bit hesitant.
The confirmation email came through quickly and contained contact information for hotel.
Breakfast was included with our room. Everything went well at hotel and nothing else was required to be paid except a tourism tax which was clearly stated when we booked and applied to all hotels in the area.
First time using this website and happy with how everything went. Didn't have any issues so can't comment on their customer service!
