My review is about Marshall Audi in…

My review is about Marshall Audi in Canterbury.
I bought a used Abarth from this dealership June 30th 2025 l could go on about the many problems l had buying this car and the way this dealership dealt with these issues but the list is too long l did eventually get a refund though I'm still owned money for the car tax I paid and also out of pocket on other money paid out trying to sort this debacle out none of which has been forthcoming. Personally I would say avoid this dealership at all cost it's not worth the hassle much better dealerships out there.

Follow up to my review after hearing nothing from them from the sale until I posted this review I got a phone call from someone on the sales team within 2 days asking that he needed to understand what had gone wrong and what could be done to sort out the issues I had as I've heard nothing more it is in my opinion the whole thing was a tick box exercise to say that the customer has been contacted has been spoken to job done. Which for me just underlines how bad the customer service is at this dealership.

Persistant phone calls

My complaint is directed at the Hastings branch after repeated requests to be taken off there phone list I still receive calls and after reading other reviews this is not an isolated case to this branch. Also I've had there number blocked for over a year. Rest assured if I ever put my property on the market I most definitely won't be using Fox and Sons.

Hastings branch what a joke I was…

Hastings branch what a joke I was phoned out of the blue offering a free valuation which I accepted then the problems started. I was offered a slot on Saturday 3rd April 11:00 with the valuer only to receive two text messages at the same time with an appointment of 10:45 and 11:30 after ringing there office the 11:00 was confirmed as correct only to receive a call a little while later to change the time to 12:00 so I said I will cancel the whole sorry affair only to get another text confirming my 12:00 appointment with a different valuer. How hard can it be to get something so simple right.

I have always found DPD to be a reliable parcel delivery company. The text message on the day of delivery giving a 1hr time slot is very useful in my opinion. Highly recommended

Really pissed off with Argos

Customer service virtually impossible to get hold of when I tried to use their live chat service it was a 30-minute wait so no go there. But what has really pissed me off is when I tried to order an item that was on special offer buy 2 and save £40 but every shop within a 50 mile radius of my location only had one in stock or out of stock this got me curious so I stretched the search to over 100 miles and sure enough the same thing and of course its out of stock for home delivery now if I were cynical I would think something stinks about this. But of course there maybe a perfectly reasonable explanation 😂

Do not make the same mistake as I did…

Do not make the same mistake as I did and sign up to this company they are by far the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Everything they do during the contract is badly managed and don't get me started about how difficult they make it if you have the temerity to say you want to leave. There are so many better suppliers out there don't waste your time with this bunch of clowns.

Update following the reply why would I want to speak to any company representative after spending weeks doing so where nobody took responsibility for any of the mistakes that had been made. A shockingly bad company that I regret ever signing up with.

The quality of the waistcoat I brought…

The quality of the waistcoat I brought isn't that good. If I had paid the advertised full price I would have asked for a refund but the discounted price in my opinion reflects the true value of the item. Update I have worn this waistcoat maybe 3 or 4 times now and the seam has split making it unwearable and unrepairable as I said previously in my opinion the quality isn't that good. Certainly won't be buying again or recommending.

Don't make the same mistake as I did and use Gladstone Brookes or any other claim company because with very little effort and I mean very little effort you can reclaim yourself there is absolutely no advantage using a claim company. So for the price of a few postage stamps and the claim being successful you will receive all the money that you're entitled to
