I would have given 5 stars, but was kept waiting as only one member of staff working (Saturday 3pm). Otherwise, excellent.

I would have given it 5 stars if I could have purchased the two plant pots in the one store. I cannot understand the reasoning behind only supplying one pot to each store, without giving you the opportunity to have an additional pot delivered to one store. I bought my first pot from your Newcastle under Lyme store, and had to drive 50 miles round trip to your Telford store to buy my second pot.

This pot has been extremely popular and has gone out of stock in our depot so stores are not able to be restocked with this item. I bought a vanity unit and basin including mono tap and pop-up waste to replace a old pedestal and basin. Everything from ordering to delivery was first class. However, we did experience a small leak from the waste (slight defect in basin). On contacting customer service, the problem was resolved with a replacement basin being sent out with immediate effect. I will definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend Tapwarehouse to others.
