Very disappointed

Was very disappointed when my goods arrived. Order no. PNDUK18879895 dated 12-11-2022. When I ordered I requested these 2 necklaces to be boxed separately and I filled in a gift card for each one. These chains arrived together in i small box! No separate boxes and no cards! Very disappointed.

In an effort to reduce waste, we offer our individual boxes, gift bags and a gift note cards as an option for customers who require additional packaging to make their gift great. This will be available for £1 for each item you would like gift packaged to help offset the additional cost required to prepare gift orders. If you order several gifts you also need to order several sets of packaging.
Charging a small fee, will help support our journey towards becoming more sustainable and eco-friendly. This will help us save 1,500 tonnes of CO2 annually and improve post-consumer recyclability through different packaging material. Our standard packaging has less of an environmental impact.

Money for nothing

Extortionist price and does not work. Both myself and my husband have tried it but it is no good. Makes no difference to our phlegm at all!!

This includes using medical grade polycarbonate that withstands high temperatures and is subject to stringent drop testing. Also AirPhysio is validated by relevant local medical compliance such as CE, TGA and FDA. The price is a result of over five years of market testing and compares very favorably against comparable devices.
We recommend that you use the device 2 – 3 times a day for a minimum of 2-3 weeks, most customers get the best results after using the device for upwards of this time frame.

damaged units replaced

Although 2out of 3 original units was damaged on delivery they were replaced within a week and we were delighted with the order. Thinking of ordering another item but think the delivery charge is a bit steep.
