I purchased 12 Nick and Nora cocktail glasses after reviewing several alternatives. The glasses are lovely - very good quality and very like a much more expensive make - and at a very good price.
It's always worth checking out Buzz if making a catering/cooking purchase - very often - they offer the best deal.

I ordered spare parts for my machine and when it arrived - I realised it was the wrong one. I telephoned G Tech and was dealt with by THE most helpful person ever!! He found the correct parts for me, arranged to send them without further charge and arranged collection of the incorrect parts AND he did all this efficiently and pleasantly - superb service!!

I love BrandAlley! I place many orders with you but, once again, the number of emails you are sending me has crept up. I have opted for you to contact me twice a week - that is more than enough. However, I am now receiving 2 to 5 emails every day! This is ridiculous! It is also ridiculous that it is incredibly difficult to contact you. I cannot find an email for you anywhere.
So - I have had to resort to Trustpilot to hope that my message gets through!
So - if you read these reviews - can you please confirm that you will send emails twice per week and no more frequently? If I do not hear from you - I will unsubscribe and you will lose my custom unless I happen to 'pop in'. That cannot make economic sense for you and it is not what I want - but neither do I want upwards of 1,000 emails per year from you!!
Your reply tells me that I can edit my preferences to receive two per week. I know this. My review above says that I have opted for you to contact me twice a week. My preference has always been this and I have not changed it but your system is ignoring this. Today I have received 3 emails from you!! So far!!
Can you change this or I will unsubscribe?
4th June 2023 - update
I supplied Trustpilot with my details as you requested in your reply referenced above but I have heard nothing from you. I have searched again and still can find no email or telephone number so - for the last time - I am resorting to using Trustpilot to try to contact you. These are the issues:
1. I have requested two emails per week. I am receiving between 2 and 4 every day which is a ridiculous number.
2. I want to continue to receive emails from you and to purchase items from your site but I only want 2 emails per week. I purchase lots of items from Brandalley and I wish to continue to do so.
3. If you wish to continue to have me as a customer - please just reduce the number of emails and reply to this posting to tell me you have done so.
4. If I do not hear from you by 9th June - I will unsubscribe.

Lovely plant which arrived on time and in good condition! Particularly important as it was a present for my elderly mother-in-law who loved it! Tree2mydoor are my go to choice if I need to send a plant as a gift!!

We have just taken delivery of bedroom furniture from Eat, Sleep, Live - the third room in our house that they have furnished. We love the furniture - it is solid, well made and looks great. Rachel was, as always, super helpful and willing to spend as much time as was needed to make sure that our choices are the best possible for our needs. Delivery and installation was excellent too - such helpful guys.
It is a pleasure to deal with a company who take pride in their product, are pleasant and helpful to deal with and who are still interested and helpful after your purchase has been made.

The hamper was lovely and much enjoyed by my niece who would thoroughly recommend it. We had a problem over delivery but the seller was responsive and understanding. I often think you can judge a retailer as much by their response to a problem as by the quality of their product and this retailer rates very highly on both counts.

DPD UK driver was excellent. Parcel was delivered within the timescales advised. He brought the parcel close to the door, even though I said he could leave it at the gate, as he said it was heavy but he observed social distancing and was very pleasant.

I sent a parcel by CollectPlus from Newsbox in Loughton. The staff at Newsbox were extremely helpful and pleasant.
I would definitely use CollectPlus again and I recommend Newsbox- excellent customer service.

I have had the same poor experience as all recent reviewers. I have bought from ACHICA for many years with no problems but, having received a damaged item recently, have had no response whatsoever to recent emails. Having investigated a little further - I discovered (in The Gazette - Official Public Record) that KPMG LLP were appointed as administrators of ACHICA on 2nd December 2016!! The administrators may be looking for a prospective purchaser or just running down stocks or existing commitments to purchase but it seems likely that, as the company is failing (or has failed) their customer service department has been run down too or doesn't exist!!
I certainly will not purchase again and I think the chance of getting a response of any kind to issues is minimal.

I received letterbox flowers from Bloom and Wild as a present from my son and thought they were lovely. Since then, I have sent them to several friends and they have been great each time. So helpful that they can be delivered even if the recipient is not at home.
