I love BrandAlley but ........

I love BrandAlley! I place many orders with you but, once again, the number of emails you are sending me has crept up. I have opted for you to contact me twice a week - that is more than enough. However, I am now receiving 2 to 5 emails every day! This is ridiculous! It is also ridiculous that it is incredibly difficult to contact you. I cannot find an email for you anywhere.
So - I have had to resort to Trustpilot to hope that my message gets through!
So - if you read these reviews - can you please confirm that you will send emails twice per week and no more frequently? If I do not hear from you - I will unsubscribe and you will lose my custom unless I happen to 'pop in'. That cannot make economic sense for you and it is not what I want - but neither do I want upwards of 1,000 emails per year from you!!
Your reply tells me that I can edit my preferences to receive two per week. I know this. My review above says that I have opted for you to contact me twice a week. My preference has always been this and I have not changed it but your system is ignoring this. Today I have received 3 emails from you!! So far!!
Can you change this or I will unsubscribe?
4th June 2023 - update
I supplied Trustpilot with my details as you requested in your reply referenced above but I have heard nothing from you. I have searched again and still can find no email or telephone number so - for the last time - I am resorting to using Trustpilot to try to contact you. These are the issues:
1. I have requested two emails per week. I am receiving between 2 and 4 every day which is a ridiculous number.
2. I want to continue to receive emails from you and to purchase items from your site but I only want 2 emails per week. I purchase lots of items from Brandalley and I wish to continue to do so.
3. If you wish to continue to have me as a customer - please just reduce the number of emails and reply to this posting to tell me you have done so.
4. If I do not hear from you by 9th June - I will unsubscribe.

You can amend how many emails you wish to receive via the 'Email Preferences' after logging into your account online.
